My name's Duke, and I'm a chief-detective on the gorgeous island of Kauai (Hawaii) where I've been tracking a nefarious 'copycat' serial-killer who goes by the 'movie-avatar' moniker 'Night-Slasher' and had been making some bloody-murder 'splash' for the otherwise hospitality night-life for this Catholic-lawman as well as for others for this otherwise post-9/11 era Homeland of post-Coronavirus tourism/traffic restoration handshakes and optimism (for all!).

So, I made myself this special crime-track 'kit' of Kauai and used various Selfie/social-media culture 'flowery' in Hawaii to 'lure' this copycat 'Night-Slasher' who most likely had some secret/dark 'grudge' against the travelers of Hawaiian magic in this time of woe 'spiced' by our island's special 'face-color' of otherwise 'happy' traffic/life Ego (hmm).

NIGHT_SLASHER: Here's an anonymous post for social-media 'dweebs' of Kauai-kits of tracking and crime-pursuit, especially this 'wily' Detective Duke of Hawaii who maybe become 'swept-away' by my nifty language-arts dark-threats to create an 'unnatural' Kauaian paranoia for all (haha).

GIRLFRIEND: You' not feeling 'fright' from this Night-Slasher (his brand of evils)?

ME (Duke): Excellence, Ezzy; I shall return you to your island-modeling life.

GIRLFRIEND: I'm one of those whom you rescue with these cyber-street tactics, Duke.

ME (Duke): Why not (all for capitalism's reason!).

Armed with my guitar-case with vodka and a handy-target rifle, I was 'performing' in front of a Courtyard (hotel) in Kauai and prepared to engage with the copycat 'Night-Slasher' whom I lured into the hotel-area one sunset during the summertime, hoping I'd been able to draw him into my social-media post-dare to greet this 'veiled musician' for a gift of ancient Hawaiian coins (ha).

NIGHT-SLAHER: I've nothing to say to you, doc.

PSYCHIATRIST: I'm a certified Asian-specialist in criminal-insanity.

NIGHT-SLASHER: I'm not disclosing my identity (real-name), doc!

PSYCHIATRIST: Duke brought you in; I'm to ensure your 'treatment' (now).

NIGHT-SLASHER: Duke's God to you; I won't say a word (doc).

PSYCHIATRIST: Maybe you like some photos of 'trusted' Asian doctors?

NIGHT-SLASHER: For what, fearful man of science(s)?

PSYCHIATRIST: For your 'speedy' route to 'incomplete' readings, man.

NIGHT-SLASHER: I can't refuse (wow).

GIRLFRIEND: Daddy wanted you to have gift of Kawaii (piano); glass!

ME (Duke): Beautiful, Ezzy; tell your dad I'm simply grateful (for everything).

GIRLFRIEND: You're such a 'cool' musician/detective, Duke (yeah).

ME (Duke): I owe you an authentic Hawaiian dinner (V-Day).

GIRLFRIEND: Deal (ha).

Well, that's my entire Night-Slasher 'ordeal' tale for Kauai-lore, friends. That criminally-insane 'copycat' marking targets as if he'd been an incarnate of evil from a modern American crime-noir film (Sylvester Stallone?) wouldn't thwart this Hawaiian cop's 'daydream' of preparing an 'authentic V-Day meal for Ezzy (my girlfriend!). I was now thinking of getting a diamond-bracelet from a Kauaian 'baron' of world-gem markets and (perhaps) thinking marriage/retirement (ha).

GIRLFRIEND (Ezzy): What a nice Selfie, and you look so sharp!

ME (Duke): Everyone in Kauai should look like this (better) now, Ezzy.

GIRLFRIEND (Ezzy): Excellence, Duke.

BARON ION: Ezzy will like this Sierra Leone piece, detective (Duke).

ME (Duke): This is quite a piece, Ion; me thinks it's not bloody sullied.

BARON ION: You sound like a 'sharp' connoisseur, Duke.

ME (Duke): That I am...for Kauai's reign (thanx).

Well, I settled into my new Kauai 'pad' with Esmerelda ('Ezzy') and got us some Hawaii Five-O 'classic' episodes to download and think more 'fondly' of my past-Crusade with my 'fantastic' Hawaii-kit(s) to perfect crime-detection/calculators and then allowed myself to simply 'dream' of what makes this American island a 'spot' of reign (for the Ego).
