Simon/Simon: Oscar Guardians of the Windows

The two hero detectives-for-hire seek a dilution of darkness for Oscar-night and hope to protect the Tinseltown 'ghost-magic' of capitalism's castle.

Simon & Simon (CBS) had become such an 'iconic' view for American culture and TV-ornamental Homeland culture (before 9/11!), and I thought I'd offer a pre-4th fanfiction featuring a 'dastardly' antiterrorism 'deed' linked to the shiny Academy Awards night (which we all rhyme!). Amlan Simon was excited to team-up with his friend for the defense of Oscar-night in Hollywood when they'd been assigned the case of a special 'terrorist' who threatened a major stage-artist and drew concern about capitalism-race angst in this new time of 'weakness' for social-media culture commentary (wow).

His friend, his old Ivy-grad buddy Thai Simon (no relation!), who happened to admire Tinseltown securities as much as Amlan himself and accepted the employer's request to seek-out this Oscar-night evildoer who was stalking the stage-artist, now nominated for his work in a major film about the ornamental United Kingdom, and wondered if after the madman made social-media comments about his 'dark' intent maybe would be found in a Hollywood movie-theater watching the work ahead of the Oscar-night 'event' in the Homeland (America).

THAI SIMON: I wonder if that 'rogue' will show at the new SoCal drive-in showing of the Woody Allen modern gem.

AMLAN SIMON: What gave you this hunch, buddy?
THAI SIMON: Well...I guess that this 'stalker' is (somehow) connecting his 'target' with capitalism-ethos.

AMLAN: Interesting hypothesis (indeed!).

Simon and Simon were right to track the stalker in various movie-screen places in SoCal, and when Oscar-night approached had a 'good-guess' who the maniac was and began to follow-around a special 'stranger' character claiming he'd been given a special Red-Carpet 'pass' by the famous diamond-baron from Antwerp named Goldfinger, who was at the Hollywood 'event' hyping his new interest/profits for sprouting Brussels stones (for a movie-project).

ARTIST: It gave me such an honor to hear my name called for the Oscar (tonight), and I wonder (now) if all this 'hype' (on social-media!) was somehow 'premonition' for this Tinseltown event of great ornament, something I grew up admiring and writing about (journals) as a 'psychology' of capitalism's special photos (and thanx for Simon/Simon for their 'chess' excellence in keeping me and us all safe tonight, wow).

AMLAN SIMON: Tinseltown gifted this rather 'beautiful' Civil-War chess-set, Thai.

THAI SIMON: Excellence; perhaps we'll recreate some old-school Fischer-Spassky diagrams.

AMLAN SIMON: For social media (a good mod work).

THAI: Age of Windows.

What would be the next 'adventure' in the Homeland for our two affable detectives-for-hire, Simon and Simon? Well, rumor was that Thai Simon got 'wind' because of a new social-media case-request concerning a businessman in the Belgian world of diamond-insurance who'd been 'certain' that a 'relation' of a nasty organization called Cobra who'd targeted an Interpol-work in San Diego now marked him as a 'diplomat' of capitalism's piracy weakness (on social-media!).

AMLAN SIMON: Before we decide to take this case, Thai, let's get some Cali-institution pizza.
THAI SIMON: Excellence, bro...California Pizza Kitchen is the 'ultra-Homeland' IQ for windows.

Thus ends this tale of Simon/Simon in this Homeland (SoCal) 'expression' concerning capitalism-race securities/defense, but if their next adventure prompts even more extra credits in American 'chess' excellence, maybe it will draw out more personality-commentary on social-media for this time of great consumerism-life workers.
