Amlan Satan had made a big fortune on Wall-St. and settled into a modest but nicely-furnished and decorated South-Jersey home in historic Haddonfield and decided to continue to invest, in NASDAQ, while working on his great American novel about how sports (soccer) had offered a special Homeland social-media culture 'handshake' in the flowery/customs of competition-class 'culture' for capitalism-race 'meditations' that would draw interest from intelligentsia invested in this new Earth age of 'personality' in network-activity commentary/watches.

Prince Satan had quite a nice and idyllic residence in the Eastern United States and decided to hire a special housekeeper/maid, named Esmerelda, who always visited in her charming 'classic' maid-uniform and who pleased Amlan greatly with her hospitable charms and professional demeanor blended with a 'cool' face-of-warmth, and she (secretly now) hoped to win his affection by impressing him with a Euro-investment tied with Juventus (soccer-club!) energy after returning from her journey to continue working for him in Haddonfield (NJ/USA).

ESMERELDA: What'd you make of my special/ornamental Juventus-journal?
PRINCE SATAN: It's darling; wow, it's be cool inspiration for my novel.

ESMERELDA: You're writing about that Juventus-star (Roberto Baggio)?

PRINCE SATAN: Indeed, Esmerelda; you've become such a delight for me.

ESMERELDA: Just doing my work (happily); you're such a good prince!

PRINCE SATAN: Thanx...maybe something (in you) gives me 'society' (in me).

When Amlan gifted Esmerelda a special Sabatini (Argentina) tennis youth-fanzine 'prize-image' treasure-item, a toast to the upstart athlete's 'amazing' defiance of the then-invincible Graf (Germany) in the 1988/1990 US-Open finals/championships, Esmerelda knew that Amlan was (secretly now) falling-in-love with her. How wonderful that this Earth-sportsmanship class-view of social activity would draw in this 'offbeat' couple a special view of what'd become an 'American' enchantment --- gift-linked Romanticism (ha).

STORY-EXCERPT: "Wow, Baggio had (truly) thrilled his home-country fans (Italy) by surging his national soccer-team to high-heights in that 1994 World Cup, and offered this new age of media/TV fans that special 'glitter' of what made competitive activity and handshakes in shared 'fury' (for the Ego) a real 'thing' of artistry/IQ, and his fall-from-glory because of a misfortunate failed Final-game shootout-attempt sealed for him (and for us!) that 'magic' lens for what made soccer (and all sports on Earth) a hand-fiction for the 'picture' of (sometimes unrequited) weakness (for the Ego)."

Well, Amlan Satan had done it. He'd achieved that special magic-view of what made soccer/sports a 'lens' for magic on Earth in this new age of activity-drawn social energization/superstition/handshakes, and Esmerelda loved what he wrote...and grew to love him equally/more. They married and decided this was a 'royal' match, one in this new Homeland time, wrought from serendipity, and matched for that 'word' of bounty (for the mind).
