Chicago's Mulligatawny: Kleinfeld-TurnA Story by Abishai100A world-man of the underworld must find sheer-magic in the Windy-City for a 'turn' for escape from the 'dark' clutch of street-matter (for his heart).
A 'cool' adaptation/fanfiction of that 20th-Century crime-culture classic Carlito's Way (Brian De Palma), which I think you'll like,
DISCLAIMER: This work of movie fanfiction contains images/references with no commercial/explicit ties to any representative person(s)/body (e.g., city of Chicago) and is therefore cast as purely a 'personal' exercise in creative arts (for 'open' material). ----
==== KLEINFELD: "Investors/interest for gem-insurance gave me retirement-chess!" ![]() Kleinfeld, a man of the underworld, was for the first-time, dismayed at his post-grad (U-Chicago) life of blood-diamond smuggling and sought a way out, to turn-over a baron of conflict-zone gem mining in the challenged Windy-City of Bulls-Bears market (for Interpol-relation) to clear himself a road to a Brussels-sprout view for what'd become a post-9/11 era Homeland social-media culture 'drawn' fascination by intelligentsia/citizenry concerning world-matrix magic/fortune (for the Ego). ![]() RAY: You sure this lock-box swap game at the metro will draw Ion for Interpol? KLEINFELD: I've got to make the switch and get to the airport after exchange(s). RAY: Good luck, old dirty friend of this Windy-City! KLEINFELD: Maybe we'll enjoy a Belgian soccer-game (someday), Ray. RAY: The whole world's a lock-box chess-stalemate game-or-match (now). KLEINFELD: Thanx. ![]() All this wily Kleinfeld had to do (now) was to swap the blood-diamonds from Baron Ion's Windy-City outfit where he frequented as a 'patriot-patron' of dark veils in the post-9/11 era Homeland with replicas and get to the airport in-time for Ion-ghouls to snatch the replicas and return their way and report back to the bad-baron that the 'man-Kleinfeld' simply departed for a Euro-interest for capitalism-race 'chess' material (hmm). ![]() BARON ION: Ensure my gem-outfit for Chicago's hand-write(s) is (all) match (for all). ![]() Before his flight to Europe, the 'man-Kleinfeld' had hosted a special Xmas-season bank-arena 'affair' inviting all kinds of modern treasure-insurance aristocrats of the modern Windy-City landscape, hoping his new 'social media presentation' of retirement-view for peace and capitalism would offer him the right 'boarding' education for what'd become a heavy method for fortune-readers of his invention-age of 'American' wind (wow). ![]() When Kleinfeld got to the metro (station) and made the successful gem-swap following his visit to the gem-store where he procured the needed info, he returned to the store to hand over more replicas, claiming it was a 'prepaid' insurance gesture for an Ion 'company' and then returned to the metro when he found Ion's ghouls waiting for him. Forced to run a cat-mouse 'chase-match' in the labyrinth of that subway-station, the 'man-Kleinfeld' managed to out-wit the rascals of Hell who decided he was simply 'unaware' of their 'agenda' (especially when they'd been 'satisfied' with the gems found in Ion's box). KLEINFELD: Now...the O'Hare (for a soupy measure!). ![]() BARON ION: What the hell happened? ASSOCIATE: All's we know is, there's (Interpol-relation) insurance inquiry (now). BARON ION: Where's that 'musketeer' of ours? ASSOCIATE: We found a Kleinfeld-vigilante comics-doodle (post) on social media. BARON ION: Maybe there's 'appropriate' departure for Euro-interest (then). ASSOCIATE: Thanx. ![]() WIFE: You have regret(s)? KLEINFELD: All I have is soup/stock. WIFE: There's 'thanksgiving' even in darkness, eh? KLEINFELD: Never 'neglect' that 'shine' of megatrends, Esmerelda. WIFE: Cool! ![]() "Capitalism is the astounding belief that the most wickedest of men will do the most wickedest of things for the greatest good of everyone" (John Maynard Keynes). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2023 Abishai100 |
