Cyclonus and Agus had been long-time rivals in the space-war around Cybertron and in the Invid(s)-War in a faraway galaxy but had learned through radar-computing spy-beams of the intricate 'ant-like' dominion of Earth capitalism-race 'chess' and activity and decided to work alongside each other for an Earth-moon based spy-examination of the contours and shapes of commerce-life and media-traffic 'consciousness' in the new millennium.
