A wandering 'specter' offers the omen(s) of criminal-psyche as the annual Purge approaches, but will the Homeland 'mark' him as (simply) hype?

A Halloween specter wandering around the Homeland (America) as the annual night of ritualized/sanctioned anarchy (crime/chaos/murder/theft) was about to take shape, by October 30th (Devil's Night), and invoked social media commentary that he reminded them of some kind of 'faerie-rendition' of Michael Myers, the haunting eerie masked specter from the iconic Halloween series of American horror-films (wow).

This 'specter' who went unnamed insisted that this upcoming Purge wouldn't be normal at all, but he didn't outright say this in the streets where he roamed, in a Homeland-Jersey town called Haddonfield but rather chose to 'express' these psyche-crisis thoughts on social media and complemented his messages/language with special 'enlightenment' avatar-doodles (drawn from Marvel-characters in books/movies/cartoons) that elucidated the 'omen(s)' he brought to America as the Purge approached. He insisted that this year's October Purge 'event' would be 'linked' with a new form of darkness or insanity, one involving the ebullient consequences of 'silent' hell or invisible mischief or unreported angst/worry.

SPECTER: "Silent insanity, followed by the glider-flying 'cute' Hobgoblin, brings a Purge 'smoke' for what's bloody-dangerous about unheard fury/material, since the implosion of the creative-brain carries with it the tone(s) of incomplete 'physique' muting (for cartoons)."

No one believed him, but when the Purge did come, and he was right, and folks were 'parading' the event of sanctioned anarchy with more 'expressive' or 'inventive' forms of 'silenced' lawlessness, with street-side libidinous showcases designed to 'soften' that auditory tone of the Purge's signature of outright crime/bloodshed, citizens started to lose their damned minds (wow).

SPECTER: "I warned the town of Haddonfield, as we'd seen this 'force' of silenced Hell before (9/11), when the 'invasion' of customs/activity created that darkened 'smoke' of outright unavoidable 'uneasiness' of life's material bread, for the Ego, or for the flesh...and now we must think (seriously) and privately about the consequences...of unheard/neglected isolationism."

The following year, for the following Purge, this same man appeared, once-more as a 'specter' wandering a Homeland (America) town, this time in New Orleans, as Mardi-Gras fast-approached. This time around, the Specter chose to don a more 'festive' street-theater oriented visage (for a more materialism-sanity message!) before October arrived, as Americans (now) embraced what they knew to be (seriously) true --- silence (maybe) breeds incomplete bread.

SPECTER: Masks for the Cajun, purge for the spirit(s), the 'sound' of materialism yielding the surefire (superstitious) 'imagery' of incomplete screams (for all!).
