Two 'bad-lads' find stranger encounter in the Pine-Barrens, requiring a 'consciousness-negotiation' of the bread-kind.

A werewolf story inspired by Wolfen (Diane Venora). Thanks for reading,

How did a simple bottle of acid save two unlikely American heroes in the Pine-Barrens (Homeland-Jersey)? That's what this presentation concerns, regarding the 'art' of humility...and those pesky 'incomplete-distances' to (surreal) matter.

Amlan and Raki had been criminals for some time now, robbing banks and invading homes of the wealthy in America masked and armed and creating an invisible underground 'lore' concerning those pesky 'incomplete-distances' to social matter for a landscape 'image' of undeniable insidious adventurism, drawing citizenry-commentary about the quality of civilization-readings (for the Ego).

However, these two musketeers wouldn't/couldn't have anticipated their 'darker' destiny when they were camping in the Pine-Barrens in some of their criminal-act 'customary' masks/outfits and singing/drinking by the campfire near a ruins-area of that myth-rich woods area of America. They'd be required to adapt their ordeal into some kind of social media cinema (for the Ego).

WOLFEN: Fancy encountering you two 'bad-lads' in this forest (ok).
AMLAN: What the hell are you?
RAKI: You're a werewolf...a lycanthrope (whoa)!
WOLFEN: I'm to test your mettle for myth, bad-lads.
AMLAN: How'd you sense our character(s), creature-man?
RAKI: We pronounced our loud-face(s), right?
WOLFEN: You wear your souls lightly, bad-lads; you must adapt.
AMLAN: Write a werewolf-superstition(s) tale for social media.
WOLFEN: Correct...art redeems the wayward youth (ok).
RAKI: Fine; we're pardoned by this pardon (ok).
WOLFEN: Good (but keep secrets).

They'd never forget their ordeal in the Pine-Barrens (Amlan/Raki), and they reformed their lives after this encounter with a pure stranger, a lycanthrope. Perhaps it was the Devil in disguise, or perhaps a man of great intelligence bitten by a wolf and now haunting the Pine-Barrens to 'test' passerby for their metaphysics (whoa).

RAKI: Our adapted story for humility must infer the mist of the forest.
AMLAN: The eeriness of that ruins-area of the Pine-Barrens (ok).

WOLFEN: "Remember what I said...keep secrets, bad-lads."

What a tale for our modern 'world' of troubles/intrigue Amlan/Raki would adapt into a social media 'representation' of wrought superstition(s) for vanity! Their encounter with the evil hairy/fuzzy 'stranger' of the Pine-Barrens would invoke that awesome grandeur of life's humbling memory and a 'retreat' created by this instinctual feeling of 'beastly' materialism (for eventual rosy bread for the soul).

"Capitalism is the astounding belief that the most wickedest of men will do the most wickedest of things for the greatest good of everyone" (John Maynard Keynes).
