Lancelot/Lady: LA Cinema Critique(s)

Lancelot/Lady: LA Cinema Critique(s)

A Story by Abishai100
"

An homage to American media/entertainment 'psychiatry' featuring 'angels-reincarnated' as messengers of capitalism's (unique) bread.

"
A yarn inspired by the offbeat cinema-culture 'human' drama-comedy cartoon series The Critic (Jon Lovitz) with 'cool' characterizations from iconic  Arthurian legends, which I hope you like (and thanks so much for reading),
DISCLAIMER: This work of media 'fanfiction' offers no ties to any person(s)/body or real-life story or movie production company/artist and is therefore cast as purely a 'personal' exercise in creative hyperbole (for 'open' notation).

Well, it was a high-season of offbeat American storyboard re-presentation landscapes (online), when two schoolteachers of ethnic backgrounds (minorities), Amlan/Ezzy were told by a fortune-teller who visited them at their hotel during their vacation for Labor Day that their 'shared' venture for Hollywood stories would offer the post-9/11 era Homeland a special 'examination' for what'd become a Western social-media culture 'expression' concerning 'incomplete-distances' to (serious) materialism-readings and lifestyle securities knowledge for consumerism quality/sanity! This fortune-teller further revealed to the two schoolteachers that their 'shared' venture for cinema-review(s) and criticism was an imprint (undoubtedly) that they were Medieval England (Camelot) 'icons' reincarnated (Lancelot and the spirit-guide known as the mystical Lady-of-the-Lake) to offer this 21st-Century America a 'cool' life-intelligence for the vanities of everyday traffic/media handshakes (wow). This was great for photo-graphics (surely), a real 'superstition' thought about the value of cinema-criticism in America for life/commerce 'security' by two 'reincarnated' special-souls from a magical kingdom, here in a very-nice Western institution (hotel), which incidentally was a 'prototypical' hotel of the American hospitality-market in the post-9/11 era world of tourism/transit photo-graphics (hmm).

The fortune-teller told the one schoolteacher, Amlan, that he was Lancelot (the complicated sword-knight of Arthur's magical/superstitious kingdom) and the other, Ezzy, that she was (somehow/miraculously!) the reborn/reincarnated mystical Lady of the Lake, here in the 21st-Century as a 'witness' to the cinema-quality for capitalism-race IQ/vanities 'securing' our commercial-life vanities for the Ego...and the medicine. Well, Amlan/Ezzy were humbled/shocked, surely, but decided this 'revelation' chance was the motivation to continue their cinema-criticism (online) 'education/activity' venture with that special 'spicy-touch' of what made hospitality/transit in this time of terrorism and commerce 'troubles' a nice 'treat' for the senses and the brains (yes). This was good for photo-graphics and referenced life-materialism (for all!).

AMLAN: Me loves caramel popcorn for this Leo DiCaprio film review(s).
EZZY: Surely; nice Labor-Day motivation spring-board for snacks/smoke.

AMLAN (Lancelot): This Leo DiCaprio film about con-men is right-USA!
EZZY (Lake-Lady): Surely reflects our hotel-amenity of West's popcorn.
AMLAN: Leo portrays an emotionally troubled con-man who's like a kid.
EZZY: A nice 'visage' of that blend between cleverness and psychiatry!
AMLAN: Surely; and it's what makes Los Angeles culture a frill/gem.
EZZY: I wonder what family-values are spiced by this Leo-film, Amlan.
AMLAN: Good ones and strange one; Leo's portrayal of Frank is cool.
EZZY: It's a strange (real-world) story, adapted into an 'education' shine?
AMLAN: Somewhat (true); we Americans do love a 'good' journey-frown.
EZZY: Frowns-and-concerns; it's American 'classroom' hand-print (now).
AMLAN: Comforts me thinking schools/planes in the midst of Osama.
EZZY: I do miss that time of class-media about more 'nature' (Bigfoot).
AMLAN: Ooh, kids love that Harry and the Hendersons one (ok).

AMLAN (Lancelot): If I'm Lancelot, I'm to comment Leo's 'Frank' is swift.
EZZY (Lake-Lady): If I'm the Lady-of-Lake, I could say Leo's ingenuity.
AMLAN: He's come up from his younger-films of pronounced small-arts.
EZZY: After Titanic, he had grounding to explore pop-psyche tales.
AMLAN: Tales that help us forget about 9/11 and 'dream' of popcorn.
EZZY: This is a social-media humor chance defying Earth's horror(s).
AMLAN: Geez, I wouldn't think movie-talk would offer Facebook-chess.

Amlan/Ezzy shared a nicely-ordered/delivered hot/soft/zesty plate of (Indian) luchi-bread at their hotel to take a small snack-break from their LA-culture/American-psyche landscape cinema-critique venture that Labor-Day in this great Homeland of 'incomplete-distances' to (real) materialism-securities for confidence. They wondered what readers/fans/students would make of their nifty (online) film-review(s) and felt this 1st-review, Leo DiCaprio's Catch Me If You Can (Steven Spielberg) would create that right 'American-spice' of (serious) superstition, should they (truly) be Lancelot and the Lady 'reincarnated' as life-securities/lifestyle comforts and confidence 'angels' with tasty-bread.

AMLAN (Lancelot): Leo's Frank is a temp-airline soaring con-man (myth).
EZZY (Lake-Lady): He's 'drawn' American IQ for Homeland fantasy/DNA.
AMLAN: Maybe this is the tale of a new Earth of transit-funnies/IQ.
EZZY: I hope this Labor-Day 'comfort' gives us the movie-fun for us too.
AMLAN: Why wouldn't it...ain't America (all) bread-for-readings?

READER/FAN/CRITIC: This is really great, Amlan/Ezzy; I get this 'cool' feeling that Los Angeles sunshine of that undeniable American superstitious aura of transit/hospitality magic and darkness or even mystery, imprinted onto special movies/stories, some adapted from real-world tales-of-misadventure(s), like your Leo/Spielberg gem, reflects our Western-world/handshake about those 'arts' of mindfulness.

AMLAN: We got a great response/comment, so let's celebrate, friend.
EZZY: The Zoo for a Panda-house photo-graphics trophy/memento?
AMLAN: Why not...this is all an Earth-laden motion dream for pals.
EZZY: When terror surfaces, life finds a way...for zoos and brownies.
AMLAN: No more guns...more food.

READER/FAN/CRITIC: I'd like to mail/gift you a special trophy diamond-wristwatch simply to declare your contribution(s) to this American landscape of consumerism/media vanities requiring 'charmed' defenses to retort to those 'nasty' anti-Western/capitalism terrorists who just 'frown' upon all our Los Angeles aura-symbols of fortune's bonds.

AMLAN: Thanx for the reads/comments; we're off to the theater ourselves.
EZZY: Surely, we've earned the 'passport' as citizens earning our own readings.
AMLAN: Can't wait for that new Leo film about Hollywood's materialism (ha).
EZZY: Great for social-media paranoia (or risky-imagery!).

"Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
