Portrait of baseball-fanfare, in toast to tonight's Twins-Astros matchup creating a social-media 'shine' for what's become an 'American' beach!

"
A World-Series toast-tale, given my high-energizer feeling for tonight's Twins-Astros matchup. Ya know, I cheered for the Braves in their matchup in the Series with the Twins (a 7-game heartbreak), but tonight, I'm all about Minnesota-American TV bread. Inspired by Mr. Destiny (Michael Caine).

This is my story of the love of civilization, and though I'm not going to blow a bias-trumpet for my fave-team for this upcoming playoffs (American baseball!) matchup (Twins-Astros), Minnesota, I will lay-claim that both teams prove to reflect what's simply 'symbolic' for mod-Homeland 'excellence' in the shine of intelligence, for the science-fiction of capitalism's special/unique 'corporation' design.

When I was young, I enjoyed collecting baseball-cards and surveying all the magic and youthfulness of baseball video-games and their progression to great dazzle/excellence/shine, and how some games featured offbeat characterizations or batting/pitching/fielding/commentary, and why/how I became a fan of Nintendo/Sega/Playstation/Xbox. It's a sport simply of 'democratic' choreography (for competition's education and cyber-age materialism pronunciations, which is great for any civilization, ok).

However, I'm not working-alone for this diorama but with my spirit-counsel guide-lady, Esmerelda, who's all the wisdom and IQ for social-activity breadth and energy/cleverness, and I'm hoping she's an Astros-fan, since she'll temper my Twins 'bias' for social-media fashion/interest/commentary.

ESMERELDA: I doubt you'd overlook Astros-cards in American cyber-traffic.
ME: Damn.

Who didn't appreciate the lore of women's athletics for the less-trumpeted but equally-shiny history of baseball in wartime America? This generated much journal-writes and even cinema/media, but Esmerelda's disappointed with the apparent lack of adapted video-game fun (wow).

ESMERELDA: Thinking of that Gagne HR in their Braves-series (20th-Century)?
ME: Doubtless; it was a heartbreak, but today's Twins are (all) team.
ESMERELDA: If the Twins win, I'll get you a Gagne-card (for the Ego).
ME: Of course (cool).

She's right, you know. The Astros have boasted some pretty 'beautiful' trophies or cards-for collection(s), including Craig Biggio, which is not overpriced for any 'spirited' fan' of this amazing game of fielding/offense. Astros/Twins boast comparable records/stats this year, surely, and this matchup may go to the limit(s), as it (arguably) should, but if the Astros win, I'll get Esmerelda some kind of Biggio-ornament (ha).

ESMERELDA: October-November-December is holiday-season shine.
ME: Halloween-Thanksgiving-Xmas is (all) American, Ezzy.
ESMERELDA: Cool; good 'environment' for capitalism-race thinking, ok.
ME: I'll imagine pitching/batting (equally) as a couch-potato TV_fan.
ESMERELDA: I'll be your Lady-of-the-Lake; you must perform both ends.
ME: Hey, I'm all Minnesota tonight, Lady (wow).

ESMERELDA (Essay_excerpt): "For controversies of contribution(s) to the world-history of negotiated customs/activity/intelligence, sports has paralleled the 'shine' and 'darkness' of wills and the race Ego, and the Baseball-game had become something of a 'post-card' for what's (purely) an 'American' wish-craft...for world-civilization 'managerial' bread (hmm)."

Well, as the game nears, and I wait for that first-pitch and first-bat, hell by both teams and cities (Houston/Minnesota), we'll see who comes out as the greater messenger of media-chess, Esmerelda (or me!). Well, she's actually/ironically more the 'captain' of customs-shrewdness, and I (therefore/reasonably) fear a Twins-loss in baseball-history (tonight!), but I shall calm my nerves, look to future 'destiny' for sportsmanship-dynamics and superstitions, and (doubtlessly) reflect-back on my 'cool' co-activity with my patriot spirit-guide Lady (ok).

ESMERELDA: Good for social media and cartoons (and life-turn).

To thank my Lady for her counsel, I'm cheering for the matchup tonight with a world-exchange 'symbolic' (Indian) luchi-bread, a soft/zesty/tasty treat that goes great (like an app!) with mutton/wine. Hey, no one loses in baseball, especially post-September (regardless of bias).

ESMERELDA: Whoever doesn't shine baseball 'diamond' cool is watching.

"These old ballparks are like cathedrals in America. We don't have big old Gothic cathedrals like they do in Europe. But we got baseball parks" (Jimmy Buffet).
