A sports 'culture' fable loosely drawn from the excellent American media/market/fanfare 'concept' ideations from the Tom Cruise film Jerry Maguire (Cameron Crowe). Hope you like,

Mr. Amlan Satan had been working on a special Miami (Homeland) sports 'trophy' symbolism diorama with a special selected pro-football spirits item, Marino-rookie card, for a social-media representation of American interest for net-activity 'drawn' social consciousness for shares in capitalism/media personality.

The 1984 (Topps) Marino item of value Mr. Satan had chosen/used for his special sportsmanship mosaic was quite the marvel of 20th-Century net-activity commentary and media-life reflection(s), since the Miami pro-football spirits 'image' reflected a social-media 'memoir' of the greatness of the represented athlete's superior sense(s) of swift offense coordinations for Florida fanfare/arts. However, this pure focus on the 'shine' of treasures and cheers drew Satan towards darkness.

He started having dream-sleep visions of encounters with terrifying aliens, 'Xenomorphs' from the iconic American sci-fi/horror franchise Alien, in which he had to contend with them 'intellectually' to offer human world capitalism-race 'chess-stalemate' defiance of the dragon-creatures' claims of nihilistic orientations of capitalism's (special) ambition-vanities of self-indulgences. Amlan thought of these creatures with adversarial messaging, since he'd been a fan of Alien comics in college (Dartmouth).

SATAN: Why my Marino-rookie 'trophy' of no value to Homeland-beat/heart?
XENOMORPH: We've the acidic-saliva explosive message for capitalism's vanity-IQ!
SATAN: This 'acid-consciousness' you profess is one of nihilism for American nets?
XENOMORPH: Ours is your delivered message of commerce/media veils of life!
SATAN: Sports-net activity and media-life in Miami ain't a veil, but a helmet.
XENOMORPH: Helmet?
SATAN: Surely; a helmet for the brainy-wave(s) of Floriday's 'colored' profits.
XENOMORPH: Profits?
SATAN: (Shared) profits for sports, reflection of capitalism sector detention.
XENOMORPH: Aha, you've become the idealist-man for 'working' art(s).

When Xmas came 'round, Mr. Amlan Satan decided to make a special commemoration of consumerism-lifestyle vanities for life-beat, a gingerbread house (for his wife Ezzy) to remind himself that transcendence of the 'dark' nihilism-message of capitalism-culture 'disorientation' simply required a candy-handshake for all the Homeland (and media/commerce life!) offered to Miamians in sportsmanship/commentary --- the 'art' of diet (hmm).
