Can Batman/Robin challenge a 'nasty' Homeland (Gotham City) evildoer with incomplete sense of the 'light' of intelligence?

A 'dark' adaptation of Batman storyboards, set in the Homeland.

Amlan and Raki were secretly the Gotham City (Homeland/America) masked super vigilantes known as Batman and Robin, and they'd been on the case of a series of specter-sightings in the darkened Homeland city involving a zombie-like visage for homegrown terrorism, a creature-man given the name Creeper and wielding a battle-axe for some social-media traffic commentary about 'bad' face-recognition(s).

BATMAN: Whoever (or whatever!) this Creeper is, he's certainly a 'dark' omen!
ROBIN: Holy rusted metal for the Gotham, Batman; we're to photo-synthesize.

BATMAN: Hopefully, this hell-man has some sportsmanship-IQ in his wallet(s).

ROBIN: What if he does not, Batman?
BATMAN: We're to think some stalemate program for city-traffic hype!

ROBIN: Excellence/chess.

The Creeper really was a nasty sort, and his battle-axe, which he used to (already) decapitate multiple policemen of challenged/darkened Gotham, was something that caught the paranoia-eye(s) of our two protagonist masked hero-vigilantes of incomplete-distances to Homeland magic. Well, perhaps the Creeper would be blinded by his own challenge to light/lights, with a special flare-gun disorientation message for Earth/Homeland social-media 'arts' for religion (hmm).

CREEPER: A flare-gun, heroes?
BATMAN/ROBIN: Aren't you humbled by this field goal 'arch' for humilities?

CREEPER: I confess I'm half-blinded by the 'shine' of the flare, but this is exorcism.

BATMAN/ROBIN: No other way to 'move' you to self-exile but through humility-IQ!

CREEPER: What's that?
BATMAN/ROBIN: Distance to traffic-safety is symbolized with light matter.

CREEPER: Damn (bureaucracy).

BATMAN/ROBIN: For the 'good' of photo-reception, Creeper.

Well, Batman/Robin managed a minor miracle in their Homeland (Gotham) 'Crusade' to exile the Creeper, which the nasty hell-man consented to accepting after being 'street-humbled' with the hero-deed for display(s) in vision-and-light examination, for a finer hospitality-reading for the 'nature' of Earthling paranoia made right (by the hands of flour).

ROBIN: Taking some extra credit duty free post-midnight task upon yourself?
BATMAN: I'm hunting a bomb-prankster who goes by the alias Harley Quinn.

ROBIN: For djinns (cool).
