Amlan and Marcus and Ezzy and Danica make a human-world 'stand' for an adversary in the West, requiring 'incomplete-distances' for (simplified) branches for all.

A Homeland paranoia tale featuring the nasty horror-avatar Creeper (Jeepers-Creepers) and a 'cool' reference to Spring-heeled Jack (old-London lore). Happy New Year,

AMLAN: Reports abound of Creeper-sightings in the Redwoods, friends (for acid).

MARCUS: We've got that Joe Montana card for patriotism/exorcism; and flares.

EZZY: If the Creeper is the reincarnated Spring-heeled Jack, or Lucifer, we're IQ.

DANICA: This is the Devil's game; social-media comment for wrought game(s).

Our Homeland quartet of idealistic (would-be) heroes made a 'dart-mouth' for the Redwoods (California) where 'random' sightings of the villainous Creeper, in hat and trench-coat and wielding a silver-shiny Medieval battle-axe and thought to be that reincarnated Spring-heeled Jack (old-London lore) transit-terror marshal equated with Christian/Devil trickster (loose) folklore, were 'chess-tied' with vanishings/decapitations for invasion paranoia, perhaps linked with post-9/11 era Homeland terrorism 'superstition' (for bureaucracy-readings). Amlan/Marcus/Ezzy/Danica sought a multi-method with exorcism (with patriotic football imagery in-hand!) and flare-gun challenge for the bat-winged soaring (and forest-ground roving) menace for a photo-synthesis human world 'game' of shadow-writing (wow).

CREEPER: I'm not Spring-heeled Jack, idiots.

QUARTET (Amlan and company): You may be the Devil himself in an Earth-chess.

CREEPER: I'm merely the Creeper, perchance!
QUARTET: We've got a Montana-QB memoir of Super Bowl '23 (1989) for exorcism.

CREEPER: You think I like football, idiots?

QUARTET: We've already grounded you in flight in the Redwoods with flare-light.

CREEPER: What do I care about your puny exorcism-and-light game/show, idiots?

QUARTET: You must self-exile to the deep-ocean abyss affirming our culture-IQ.

CREEPER: For what?

QUARTET: Transit-mindfulness for Earthling imagery in sportsmanship-cutting.
CREEPER: Hmmm...sounds like a 'shadow' dough (for Facebook)...damn!

MARCUS: What's this, friend?
AMLAN: Bloody-graphics in consciousness for Earthling paranoia/superstition.

MARCUS: Still believe Creeper was the reincarnated Spring-heeled Jack?

AMLAN: I don't doubt it (seriously); Ezzy thinks he was the Devil for superstition.

MARCUS: What's this brought art-work represent (for your storyboard)?

AMLAN: I dunno...incomplete-distances to Homeland mind-chess (for Hell!).

MARCUS: I feel like Robert Shaw (from Jaws).

AMLAN: I feel like bloody Flash (ha).

MARCUS: Cool.

Danica made 'toast' for the Redwoods miracle with a world-exchange 'reflection' culinary-treat soft/zesty (Indian) luchi-bread thanksgiving-diner plate chat(s)) and thought about what was learned for the Homeland quartet of ('would-be') heroes who'd been (quite) confident that the evil/adversarial Creeper was either/both Spring-heeled Jack or the Devil himself, requiring this Homeland 'forest-exorcism-mobility' game of shadows and light. Maybe Amlan/Marcus/Ezzy/Danica would be 'canonized' for lore-bureaucracy, especially after Danica won the Cyber-Pulitzer for her social-media praised novella about the Redwoods-miracle (appropriately-arguably) titled Kalifornia-Walkman (wow).

EZZY: What the hell is this, Danica?
DANICA: An adapted (fan-fare) comic, Ezzy my friend!

EZZY: Where'd you get it?

DANICA: Some media-merchant who also likes Spring-heeled Jack.

EZZY: Creeper still lurks on Earth...for a chemistry-baccalaureate (wow)?
