Can two 'iconic' Homeland (city) heroes (masked) defy an Aquarium scheme threatening Earthling 'academic' hopes for a 'bullion' transit/traffic/tourism light?

Amlan Satan and Marcus Raki had become special Gotham (city) Homeland vigilantes-for-hire and wore masks/costumes as they prowled the streets of criminal-insanity/terrorism to track a nefarious super villain maniac named Scarecrow who sought to destroy the newly-refurbished city-Aquarium, sponsored by the Ion Diamond company (wow). Amlan called himself Batman (nocturnal-prowler) and Marcus Robin (flight-minded vigilante) to create a social-media culture 'face' or commentary for incomplete-distances to capitalism-race 'chess' fashion (for a 'good' bureaucracy reading), but was Scarecrow the 'adversary' of such traffic/citizenry distances?

BATMAN (Amlan Satan): This Scarecrow threatens the Aquarium for a tank-imagery in jargon!
ROBIN (Marcus Rak): Seems we've the 'bread' chess-mind for Gotham's Aquarium education/light.

BATMAN: I hope you're right, Robin, for Scarecrow's created an evil-menace 'image' for implosions.

ROBIN: Bad Gotham art (illogical).

As Marcus Raki ('Robin') staged his own distance-readings for Gotham City Aquarium defenses, tracking/stalking this maniac (Scarecrow) on his bike for a materialism-consciousness concerning masked evil(s), he wondered if he himself would become some city-depression thinker of the certain theater of Homeland/Earth jargon (for 'bad' art).

SCARECROW: This Aquarium belongs to the Devil's Advocate (me); its implosion is a sign of stalemate.

BATMAN: We shall see if Scarecrow-tactics for bad tourism and bad harvest makes for city-lead!

Well, this Scarecrow menace was really something, and he brought a bad dark light for Gotham citizenry, and the mayor wondered if the two masked vigilante-heroes (Batman/Robin) would in deed be able to intercept any horrid Aquarium implosion deed for restoration(s) in tourism-arts. Surely, they'd succeed in some statement for bureaucracy-readings.

SCARECROW: Plastics for a plastic-credits world or universe, Robin bird.

ROBIN: I'm not the meek 'flight-bird' you imply, Scarecrow; imploding sea-life is a hell-boy math.

SCARECROW: Maybe you are the right 'sidekick' to the dark-knight (Batman)!

ROBIN: Batman and I are equals; you're merely a lone-shark terrorist in city-detonation laboratory.

WAITRESS: You looked depressed, so I brought you clam-chowder (New England).

AMLAN SATAN ('Batman'): You had it shipped from New England did you, lady?

WAITRESS: Ha, you sound more comfortable with good wit(s) on your face, hero.

SATAN: I hope to be heroic for Gotham Aquarium opening, ironically; you know who I am.

WAITRESS: You're Mr. Amlan Satan, the socialite-businessman invested in Aquarium bonds!

SATAN: Thanx...perchance we'll include some Americana hospitality-readings image for confidence.

WAITRESS: Very cool.

Well, Batman nabbed Scarecrow ahead of his dastardly interception of some explosives-materials on a Gotham-city truck and hauled him off to Arkham Asylum for psychiatric-incarceration, and he declared a Selfie-culture 'comment' for bureaucracy-reading, offering a high-art 'praise' for what made Aquarium-opening 'confidence' a masked-work for Homeland image in (pure) leviathan.
