Was the Creeper Spring-heeled Jack reborn, or the Devil himself here on Earth for a last-days stand-expression of the transit-frailty of Eden's environment(s) of bureaucracy (for lifestyle)?

The 'Creeper' conceded to a self-exile (deep-ocean abyss) after conceding that the quartet of (would-be) heroes managed to offer a sounded Earthling-lifestyle/culture 'structure' statement-expression for the composition of (actual) net-activity branches (wow).
