BANK MANAGER: We wish to remain 'immune' from Robin-Hood deeds/flares.

The 'deed' was done, and Amlan and Marcus, two pals from Dartmouth, made-off for (Interpol-relation?) exchanges and commissions ('earned') with a post-deed trumpet for social media in American vigilantism-lore, at least for Boston-town in the post-9/11 era Homeland of 'incomplete-distances' to bureaucracy-readings for charms in eco-capitalism super vision (or education). Amlan decided to gift a jewel to this waitress-lady he'd been eyeing since becoming a Harvard network cyber film critic teacher (visiting her for Sunday brunches where members gathered), and perchance she'd make the treasure a 'model' Super Bowl patriot-watch for capitalism's deformed eco-face(s).

AMLAN: Blood Diamond for Valentine's Day.

What made this an interesting-read for Town-lore is its characters, and when one lives/reads Boston's culture and patterns of life and commerce, it's easier to extract why treasure and consumerism may be 'wed' to American Homeland worry for the quality of bureaucracy's (special) stones...for 'drawn' Romanticism.
