A frantic Canadian man of ice-hockey must use wits/patience to endure a girlfriend-disappearance and may don the 'visage' of a walkie-hero.

A Canadian paranoia-story, inspired (very loosely) by Frantic (Roman Polanski).

Amlan Satan had enjoyed his work as a Canadian junior-ice hockey league coach (Toronto) and prepared his nice Valentine's pasta-alfredo dish for Tina, his media-world lady-friend, but she never showed that night. Frantically, he searched for her, driving to her place and then calling her mom/friends and officeplace girlfriend (Gina), but she was nowhere. He got frightened and decided to pursue an inquiry concerning the hunch she'd been stalked by some hater of media/Selfie/cyber culture.

SATAN: Distraught.

PSYCHIATRIST: Make a drawing; you like sportsmanship/comics.

SATAN: Something vigilante (Batman, etc.).

PSYCHIATRIST: I fear you're going to take matters privately but not discreetly.

SATAN: I'll be discrete...but for bureaucracy's sake, doc (thanx).

His shrink guessed wisely. Amlan Satan became Iceman, frantically searching for his vanished girlfriend (Tina) like a vigilante of the Canadian streets, making complementary social-media posts about sportsmanship and ice-hockey fanfare/contests and 'daring' her kidnapper/assailant to express some antisocial sentiment about media and sports and fashion (culture). Finally, something appeared online about fools in the 'universe' of ice-hockey video-games paired with fashion-models.

MYSTERIO: I'm your man, Iceman.

ICEMAN: Where's she, nut-job?
MYSTERIO: I've kept her in a warehouse...you must find us, Iceman.

ICEMAN: Anything wrong with her...and you'll be a memory for comics, nut-job!

MYSTERIO: I anticipated such social media 'high-hand' from an antiterrorist.

ICEMAN: I'll find you (Facebook like).

He found her alright. Tina and Amlan Satan married the following Valentine's following his junior-team league (Toronto) triumph/trophy. He told his psychiatrist the criminally-insane 'terrorist' had been incarcerated and was currently in close-supervision psycho-therapy after being sentenced. He told his doc/shrink he was relieved, and how becoming Iceman forged in him a new 'brand' of consumerism/media love of alfredo or garlic (ha).
