Strange Dumbbell

A very offbeat 'stranger' enters the townhome of two East Coast sports-fan artists and inquires of their 'religious' mentalism for Homeland daydreams.

Amlan and Raki had moved into their Echelon-townhome to build their shared art-studio/venture following college-graduation and hopped into Philly on Saturday nights to enjoy the sports-fanfare scene at pubs, hoping to meet nice women in the Facebook-culture of traffic and transit securities (sure).

AMLAN: Our suburbia-life is conducive of well-laid arts for social-media IQ.

RAKI: The Philly-weekend scene makes for nice handshakes in Earth-spirits.

AMLAN: My mom emailed me...hopes I'll find a nice girl to marry (somehow).

RAKI: We've been courting multiple ladies with out Ivy-degree boast(s), pal.

AMLAN: Did you read that story of a 'strangers' inquiring of football-cards?

RAKI: I did indeed; one cyber-post compared him to Spring-heeled Jack.

AMLAN: Well, I've that neat Thanksgiving-TV culture football-card at home.

RAKI: Did you post online about it (for some real estate tie)?

The stranger did knock on Amlan and Raki's townhome-door in Echelon, one Friday night, and he did inquire about Amlan's 'neat' Thanksgiving-football culture sports 'treasure' that Amlan posted about on social media and which the stranger read. The Stranger insisted to come inside and walk around and then inspect the quality of furnishings before performing a special examination of the football-card, a Detroit-city QB Super Bowl 'premonitions' item (autographed) that Amlan considered their special Echelon-sportsmanship matrix 'trophy' beard for all that'd become Earthling...materialism (sure).

STRANGER: Matt Stafford's a Thanksgiving-city football celeb pre-Bowl lore.

AMLAN/RAKI: Why this veiled curiosity about Detroit-football cards, stranger?

STRANGER: Can you not see my head-gear and make-up makes me as Venger?

AMLAN/RAKI: That eccentric antihero-sorcerer from Dungeons & Dragons!

STRANGER: A customs/mannerisms themed youth-cartoon about escapism.

AMLAN/RAKI: Well, if you fancy yourself an antihero-sorcerer, we worry!

STRANGER: I want you to explain why you think you 'deserve' that card.

AMLAN/RAKI: The Stafford-Detroit (Thanksgiving) culture sports-treasure?

STRANGER: I inquire of your acumen for Earthling 'dowry' field goals, fools.

The Stranger went to his truck and brought back a handful of gold-embossed advanced guns, weapons, and he brought his fancy digital watches and sunglasses and proceeded to put some on and then held one of his golden-guns in his hands, now threatening to kill Amlan/Raki.

STRANGER: What's the dark-magic secret of Thanksgiving, fools?

AMLAN/RAKI: We're wearily afraid this examination is of some hellmouth(s)!

STRANGER: You guess shrewdly, but you require deep-thought for pardon.

AMLAN/RAKI: Our Detroit-Thanksgiving football-card is American integration.

STRANGER: What's the link between the Stafford-Detroit card and Bowl-IQ?

AMLAN/RAKI: If we promise to purchase a Cali-Rams Stafford-Bowl card/item?

STRANGER: I'd (then) claim you two fools are rather 'motivated' for patriots.

AMLAN/RAKI: Why's that?

STRANGER: One Thanksgiving-item is vanity; a Bowl-reflection parallel is IQ.

AMLAN/RAKI: We promise to get the Stafford-Rams card (Super Bowl) then!

STRANGER: Then I pardon your townhome (Echelon) and spare your lives.

AMLAN/RAKI: Was this some 'religious' test, stranger?

STRANGER: If I was the Devil, or Spring-heeled Jack, I'd not disclose.

AMLAN/RAKI: Why's that, stranger?

STRANGER: You need to consider this 'pardon-miracle' a gun-definition.
