Chestnut Hall Faeries {of DJIA}A Story by Abishai100A Wall-St. investor of the American Homeland (Philly) moves back into the apartment-building of his childhood-years and starts believing in faeries (for fortune's direction).
A metaphysics vignette loosely drawn from the faerie-mythos invitational atmospherics of the well-crafted and unusual history-fantasy FairyTale: A True Story (Harvey Keitel). Thanks for reading,
---- ==== MR. AMLAN SATAN: "This move from Boston-town back to Chestnut Hall apartments (Philly) post-investment successes (Wall-St.) gives me journal-time to invest (personally) in some Arthur Conan Doyle work with faerie-mythos for Earthling social-media and traffic-culture immersion in the metaphysics of fortune drawn 'religion' conversation!" ![]() Maybe Satan (Amlan) had the right-idea to move back to his Philly apartment-building where he spent childhood-years following Wall-St. successes (Ford) In the American Homeland to return to youthful-innocence roots to tie-up some deeply personal newfound interest-thoughts linking faerie-myth with fortune-readings for enhanced capitalism-race consciousness in the post-9/11 era of incomplete-distances readings to transit and travel drawn lifestyle-confidence for bread/fruit. ![]() JOURNAL (Excerpt): "Were these faeries of Cottingley (Europe) that the Sherlock Holmes detective-author (celebrity) real somehow or staged to create a society-metaphysics hologram for inventions in life/Earthling fantasy indulgences; and if they're indulgences for the spirit or eternity, do they draw something extra credit about the quality of bureaucracy's labyrinth for self-imagined flights of 'race' wood-lines (for the Ego)?" ![]() Amlan got himself a toy-rifle, from eBay, and he began imagining (in his 'new' Chestnut Hall apartment) that he was in a grand safari chasing ferocious male-lions, all the while contrasting it with his night-time typewriter journal-writings about how faerie-mythos challenged American Homeland (Wall-St.) conceptions of shaped fortunes for the Ego. Was he going insane? The apartment concierge wondered this, when Mr. Satan came-down past-midnight one evening to ask one of the desk-attendants, "Do you think this building is holding some (dark) secret about a dowry labyrinth?" ![]() CONCIERGE: He just vanished, sir. DETECTIVE: No signs of him anywhere, despite his 'famous' Wall-St. earnings! CONCIERGE: We'd been aware of his micro-celebrity status among investors too. DETECTIVE: You say he was somehow fascinated by the supernatural suddenly. CONCIERGE: He was bordering on eccentricity, and we feared for his mind-state(s). DETECTIVE: He lived here when he was a child? CONCIERGE: We only thought he returned to find some 'hologram' for the DJIA. ![]() In his final Eve at Chestnut-Hall, Mr. Amlan Satan enjoyed some very zesty food ordered to his room, and all wondered if he was somehow 'swallowed' by some metaphysics labyrinth that he suddenly began to swim in to find some deeper meaning as an American Homeland fortune-reader and investor in capitalism-race ethos (wow). What happened to him? Did he cross-over into faerie-land (somehow), or did he flee into the forest and become an (invisible!) hermit to pursue faerie-consciousness? The concierge insisted that last Eve he was seen, when he ordered a very tasty dinner, Amlan was somehow 'becoming' more...disinterested. ![]() "Doing well is the result of doing good.
