HEIST 1: Pirate-Man walked into a Windy-City bank holding (rumored/insured) blood-diamonds and in a Scarecrow-cop Halloween Day costume and used a water-rifle filled with HCL and burned the (Ion-company) box and placed a note reading, "Eco-capitalism reading for conflict-zone gem smugglers-highway distance for data."

INTERPOL: You doubt this was some freelance-terrorism?
BANK MANAGER: You tracked (Ion-company) treasures from Africa.

INTERPOL: The street-chats concerned the conflict-zone sources?

BANK MANAGER: It was Halloween...how'd we think radical-deeds?

INTERPOL: Robin Hood dialysis (wow).

HEIST 2: Pirate-Man walked into a Philadelphia bank on Jan.-2 claiming he was part of a Mummers showcase and sought bank-box media photos (Ion-company) for street-insurance dialogue and escorted the 'mock-hostage' teller (Zoe) whom he prepped the night-before for eco-capitalism 'democracy' and used acid to burn the Ion-box and swapped the (rumored/insured) African blood-diamonds with glass-animal toys and left the note reading, "Prepaid 'deed' for insurance-circles concerning smugglers-highways dictionaries," before crawling out the bank-bathroom window.

ZOE: I've become a blood-diamond good-girl.

AMLAN ('Pirate-Man'): Thanx to you, my 'mock' hostage, Zoe!

ZOE: This was museum-like work, for 2 cities-for-diamonds (eco!).

AMLAN: How's your Brussels-life (now)?

ZOE: I like the cyber-doodles art work (thanx).

AMLAN: There's always politics, even for the crazies.
