Fighting-the-Irish: A Snowflake*

Narrated fan-letter to American Homeland football/TV trumpet for dialysis (social media).

A love-letter to social media culture, highlighting Western (American Homeland) fanfare of Notre Dame football, which I hope you'll like,

My name's Amlan Satan, and I'm a Catholic fan of Notre Dame football (TV), and I cheer on the Fighting Irish every autumn Saturday on NBC, as they tackle fierce rivals, upstarts, dominators, and underdogs, in what's become a Western social media 'examination' for that cool-blend of culture and sportsmanship. Notre Dame is a pronounced Catholic university, and its storied football team, the Fighting Irish, have given us much, in the way of championships, great games of memory, legendary athletes/coaches (e.g., Lou Holtz, Joe Montana), and a plethora of Selfie-commentary culture readings of fanfare-cleats (for the Ego!).

I recount an iconic 1992 December 'snow-bowl' game between rivals Notre Dame and Penn State (Nittany-Lions), which featured a clash between the two respective programs' legend-coaches (Lou Holtz and Joe Paterno). It was a down-wire late-game scoreline that delivered the Irish a trumpet, but it was one for the books, given its rocky grit in that snowflake field of end zone thinking. That's Irish-football (TV)...it offered us languages for the adverbs of inventive social media hand-axes cool (for helmets!).

Friends, the world's seen much troubles, since the fall of Eden and the rise of Nazi Germany and the emerged troubles of racism complicating immigration and social media 'matter' for globalism-rhetoric. In deed, man has become a nature-writer for the texts/adverbs of inventive social consciousness, and I myself feel charmed versed in the language of colonialism history, pertinent for disparate/distant lands like India and Ireland, and as a non-Irish Catholic, Notre Dame football (TV) colors in me a special brain wave for all things...leviathan.

GIRLFRIEND: For me (vigilantism stick figures).

ME: For you, Esmerelda (nod to urbanization superstitions for fanfare).

GIRLFRIEND: Fighting the Irish...you should write a concept (novel).

ME: You said it...Happy Saint Patrick's Day (Selfie-like!).

On a glorious day in autumn (Saturday's Eve), when Notre Dame defeated micro-rival Penn State, I trumpeted the Fighting Irish 'helmet' with an Irish-stew (for Esmerelda); and I thought to myself, "Is football equivalence for aliens?"
