Ra's had invaded Gotham (city) as a Hungarian with a promise to image-tie sports-TV with a pronounced threat to the Aquarium, a new feature for social media culture/cartoons.

He engaged with an ambitious investor and immigrant from Europe, Mr. Amlan Satan, who had a ton of money and a secret will to become a Gotham masked vigilante named Batman and had some hand investments in that very-same aquarium Ra's made a mark for eco-terrorism threat post-entry into the darkened city of capitalism challenge (for the Ego!).

RA'S: Your American Homeland is Super Bowl TV/ads languages for vanity!

AMLAN: Welcome to the American Dream, stranger man.

RA'S: I shall destroy the Aquarium and make Bowl-ads about tourism tough!

AMLAN: Experiments for human thought and tests for leviathan/uncertainty?

RA'S: You're quite quick-worded for defenses and fencing in Gotham's time!

AMLAN: You've got a nasty temper, Ra's...me thinks you gave up on Wall-St IQ.

RA'S: What's so special about Wall Street, idealist?

AMLAN: Field goals in jagged edge (Facebook-like).

Ra's departed from Gotham (city) but promised himself he'd return to the American Homeland to spy on Mr. Amlan Satan's newfound idealist capitalism investment hand games, and he'd give the Earthling prince of fortune/defenses approximately 1 year to prove some urbanization value for intelligence/intelligibility, and if Satan failed, Ra's would exact punishments of the nihilist-hand for Gothamite indulgences in modern tech/toys 'universe' jellyfish (wow).
