Felicia Hardy had been a skilled cat-burglar before realizing her extra-credit skills to make bad psyche feelings of misfortune as a rooftop leaping cat-like antiheroine of the Blue Planet of capitalism arms for securities/confidence (wow).

Roderick Kingsley had become a respected designer in the rich and deep and layered/textured world of Western (American) fashions before ingesting a mutation-serum that transformed him into a ghastly grotesque creature, moving him to develop his pre-mutation intense interest in experimental terrorism, so he made himself a glider for sky-transit and called himself the Hobgoblin (wow).

AMLAN: Who's this building-leaping burglar and feline villainess?

MARCUS: I heard in the Bugle she's calling herself the Black Cat, damn.

EZZY: Any news on this other glider-flying bomb-wielder in orange-cape?

DANICA: The street-gossip labels this specter the Hobgoblin (shoot).

AMLAN: We can't find our hero Spiderman anywhere, so this is our fight!

MARCUS: We'll load some guns with acid to shoot at their feet, ha.

EZZY: We'll write about the two mischief-artists becoming simply humbled.

DANICA: Facebook-like (cool).

The four heroes of the American Homeland city had managed to drown-out the presence of the pair of terror-mongers, Black Cat and Hobgoblin and knew (now!) that the pairing was officially/forever disintegrated (damn). When Spiderman, the web-soaring super-vigilante hero of extra-powers would (eventually) return, he'd gift the four heroes special lunch-bowls of gratitude, to remind them how they restored some morsel of sanity for everyday life...and jam (wow).
