Ivy-Tree: Soccer/Football Juxtaposition

Ivy-Tree: Soccer/Football Juxtaposition

A Story by Abishai100
"

Portrait of collegiate-athletics superstitions for wrought 'ghost-magic' of all that's (simply) shining.

"
A college sports fanfare portrait, featuring (incidentally), my alma mater. Thanks for reading (Happy Super Bowl stuff),

I thought about my days of cheering for social activities and fitness and athletics too at my college on a hill, Dartmouth, which had boasted more Ivy League titles than any other football force in the American Homeland (wow).

My name's Amlan Satan, and I'm a Slovak-Algerian Bostonian-Catholic immigrant/citizen studying sports marketing in New England, thinking back now on those college years cheering for both Dartmouth football and soccer. Of course, 'soccer' is called 'football' outside the States, and World Cup soccer (TV) generates audience-bazaars equivalent to the Super Bowl football quills in the States (sure). Well, Dartmouth had boasted ambitions in both 'football' and 'soccer' for American storytellers (like me!). As a young man thinking of college languages, I thought these images absorbed would impact my future 'expression' of capitalism arms (for leviathan/uncertainty).

I've become my own Selfie-culture diplomat of sports superstitions for capitalism culture (IMO), as the Super Bowl weekend fast approached, and I wondered if the Bills of Buffalo-town, who once toasted the New England transfer-QB Drew Bledsoe, would finally get that long-sought Lombardi, somehow impossible for a team otherwise boasting much talent/tropes (for the Ego!). I've become my own sports universe messenger as an adult, and I think-back now on Dartmouth football/soccer as developmental education for all things Earthlings shine (Facebook-like!).

READER: So, Dartmouth's gonna 'snatch' a new Ivy-ring this year for ya.
ME: Good read, reader...maybe an Irish-Indian stew's in-order for cheer(s)!
READER: Maybe your Bills win their Bowl (eventually).
ME: Good read, reader...maybe hospitality-cuisine is (all) American wings.
READER: What's you learn from Dartmouth football/soccer?
ME: Good question...I gained a love of sports ghost stories (honestly).
READER: Mmmmm.

Well, I decided to get myself a classic red auto and drive to the New Orleans Super Bowl 'show' for the '24-football season of incomplete-arts readings for all things jardinieres for Earthlings. Along the drive, I picked up a hitch-hiker.

HIKER: Thanx for the lift, to Albany I mean.
ME: You said it...cold morning, friend.
HIKER: I'm a ghost, you know?
ME: What?
HIKER: Been spying on your writes for Dartmouth/Buffalo.
ME: Facebook-like?
