GAMBIT: I've been a pupil of Professor-X and care about his sacred Institute!

MYSTIQUE: I serve Magneto, calculator of magnets/fields; your team-rival.

GAMBIT: Magneto has parted-ways with the Professor and abandoned likeness.

MYSTIQUE: Magneto and Professor-X used to think similarly but diverged, eh?

GAMBIT: Ask your master (Magneto) about it...Institute mutants are patriots!

MYSTIQUE: We share some imagery for this nature-lounge tech-room, Gambit.

GAMBIT: Professor-X wishes me to defend the domain from terrorists, lady!

MYSTIQUE: Will you triumph, for Facebook, or succumb to my evil challenge?

Gambit opted to follow the teachings of the respected Professor X at his established Institute for gifted mutants in the American Homeland and darted ways for a fencing/defense of a nature-environment indoor lounge tech-showcase for democracy and capitalism jardinieres, but Magneto had deployed the sinister Mystique, a siren-woman of shape-shifting psychic energy. Mystique's powers contrasted Gambit's psyche-prowess for energization and acrobatics and would offer some Magneto-reaction to the democratic Institute and this social media 'consciousness' for Earth infrastructure fencing for languages (Facebook-like!).

Gambit had been a wanderer before deciding to harness his mutant gifts and extra-human powers for social defenses by enlisting at Professor X's established Institute for training in real patriot-IQ. Mystique represented the dark Magneto's overall will to make fascism and 'troubles' a midways-stage for a grander 'examination' for solid legion moves to make Earth pockets much more profiteer-and-anarchist 'friendly' for the Ego. This was a great contest of intelligence, and Gambit sought to dilute Mystique chameleon-dark axes 'examination' for all things of Earthling jelly/shares.
