Amlan and Marcus journeyed from the American Homeland to Transylvania/Romania, where vampire (blood-immortals) maps for lore/image was rich for study/shapes and connected with their hostess-princess (Esmerelda) who found their Western cyber-blogs quite rich and cool for the ancient/modern streets-fascination with alternative consciousness for vitality and mentalism. Vampires were not simply blood-ingestion cannibals but exhibited a folkloric sense of fortress/castle keep distances for an unusual form of Earthling jars of sanity and smoke, which Amlan and Marcus thought was proportional to why Esmerelda afforded them special 'jury' diplomat status (for the Ego).
