A Park UFO ShadowedA Poem by Abishai100Lyric about UFO sighting for a ‘new’ Earthlings age of incomplete training days.
“Failure to Predict”
The sky was darker than for one, but that it did remind me of 9/11. I sat in Boston town’s park, and dreaming like a little prince did I solemnly think of a capitalism hospital. The new Earth of the electronics was no unqualified pillow, And I thought of a tree in my Boston’s park, a tree, a Willow. “Excuse me, sir but did you sight a deadly-UFO (now)?” A fair damsel did inquire of my park view of an alien ship, I dared not to fear such unpredictable image was shock. My new Earth was ailed by static, of terrorists! For what would a man need of extra unpredictability now? JOURNALIST: You did see the thing in our park? ME: It was a failure of revelation with our currency spark! JOURNALIST: Maybe the alien is a dragon for camera oil? ME: Earth’s a field goal and we can’t predict any spoil! JOURNALIST: Failure to predict…that’s humans toil (thanx). ==== “Money is everything” (Ecclesiastes) © 2025 Abishai100 |
