Boy, do I love pirate gear(s)! I dressed up as a pirate...well, sort of an inventive pirate, with an inventive 'spin' on the visage of pirate life/getups. I wandered around my small American Homeland hometown of Haddonfield on Halloween Eve that Autumn in my special pirate-costume (homemade) for some language of hometown language (Facebook-like!)." ![]() NEIGHBOR: You crossing that haunted house this Eve, pal? AMLAN SATAN: Well, I guess I'll be trekking around with my candied cranapples. NEIGHBOR: Ha, a 'spin' on candied-apples, eh? AMLAN SATAN: Pirates like the pickup life; so I picked cranapples to make candy. NEIGHBOR: So, you'll be trick-or-treating and gifting kids your candies walking. AMLAN SATAN: I guess my Haddonfield Halloween finds me exploratory, friend! NEIGHBOR: Go ahead and do us a favor then and knock on the haunted house! AMLAN SATAN: I guess that's Haddonfield Autumn language (Facebook-like). NEIGHBOR: Good luck, Mister Pirate (hahaha)... ![]() "Of course, my neighbor was right. My Haddonfield Halloween visage for language had me in the right diplomatic stance to knock on the haunted house door as a representative of my small hometown in the American Homeland. I felt like Ichabod Crane, but I was a pirate that Halloween's Eve; and that haunted house our town gossiped about...well, it was inhabited by a grumpy old war-veteran who passed; and every now and then, folks claimed they sighted the apparition outline of a lady/girl in the window of the now-abandoned (un-resold) Haddonfield house (Facebook-like!)." ![]() NEIGHBOR: Did you make for discovery, pal? AMLAN SATAN: I knocked on the door of that house, friend. NEIGHBOR: And? AMLAN SATAN: I heard the old TV-set in the house was turned-on, friend? NEIGHBOR: What? AMLAN SATAN: Any Given Sunday was playing. NEIGHBOR: And? AMLAN SATAN: I kept peeking through the first-floor window to watch the TV. NEIGHBOR: And? AMLAN SATAN: Well, Autumn in the Homeland is college-football/NFL time, no? NEIGHBOR: And? AMLAN SATAN: That football movie played on the TV inside the haunted house. NEIGHBOR: And? AMLAN SATAN: I thought I heard the apparition skipping inside, friend... NEIGHBOR: Jesus Christ, pal! AMLAN SATAN: "All's psychology in Haddonfield for Halloween, neighbor(s)." ![]() "Doing well is the result of doing good.
