Amlan/Marcus made it to Transylvania to embrace their hostess-girl, Esmerelda, who promised them great haven-languages given her liking of their Western/American blood-immortals blogs about the unique distance required by these specters of blood-ingestion vitality that was somehow eerily differing from 'normal' cannibalism for anthropology or adventure-chase (Facebook-like).

Esmerelda, their hostess-girl in Romania, found them quite dashing and inquisitive; and she confessed she had personal reasons for bound-Rationalism concerning why their incomplete-arts found way into her pocket-generosity for American travelers of very unusual study proportion (Facebook-like!). Even if vampires weren't 'standard' cannibals, given their unique fashion and manner and style and ornament and consciousness and Selfie-feelings; but Amlan/Marcus thought Esmerelda was simply interested in generic things like werewolves and Bigfoot (for leviathan/uncertainty)...Selfie-like.

PROFESSOR: You doubt Amlan vanished because of simple vampire-smoke text?

MARCUS: I guessing it was something about Esmerelda and her ties to cults, doc.

PROFESSOR: Well, maybe he was dared to enter a blood-immortal maze for her?

MARCUS: Anything goes for a universe fraught with stranger-texture(s), doc, no?

PROFESSOR: You asked a question about existence/personality and found Hell!

MARCUS: I guess Amlan was made mark of by vampires not open to hyperbole?
