"Well, I was back now in the American Homeland, post-work in the fields of Hell in Afghanistan, (after the forces of modern petrol-politics eeriness and Middle-East politics 'troubles' for Israel-Palestine 'cleats' following the establishment of territorial Israel) after WWII and 9/11, thinking-back to that time/place and of myself as a soldier of God (somehow). The war was uneasy and swiftly immediately required as a response not unlike Pearl Harbor proceedings for the West/America. I was older and wiser and had much to reflect on and perhaps record in some journal, audio, which is what this story-tell for myself concerns. Follow along for yourself and/or for social comment/superstition."

"I had read war stories in high-school (books) and enjoyed Commando war-comics as a boy in India/America; but I moved to the States to feel like any other student/soldier-in-training and became a Catholic before being drafted into the Afghan War post-9/11; and I learned to mingle into the crowds of soldiers and legions of humans entering into giant copters positioning our Western forces for petrol-command in the Middle East that was not simply Romanticism for the Ego."

"Now, back in the States, I began to have these memory-image recalls of Afghan folks, citizens of that part of our 'fare-rich' Blue-Planet, on bicycles or pushing goods-carts or just trying to get-through the surrounding 'atmospherics' of the Hell of war. This was just about Jews and Muslims and the world-eye on petrol-branches for money and magic of some uneasiness. It wasn't Germany, Vietnam, Korea, or the Soviet Union, though all of that seemed (somehow) pertinent for a soldier (like me!) thinking. I wondered what I'd remember most, taking shots of skill while looking at the impact of war and the people of Afghanistan. I knew America couldn't just afford the keratin-journalism of 9/11 (damn)."

AFGHAN WOMAN: You could lose and feel fear of 9/11, American soldier.
ME: You're very beautiful, lady (ok!).
AFGHAN WOMAN: This is new art for your soldiers of America, no, man?
ME: I think about getting back, not killed, typing-away on my Apple computer (sure).
AFGHAN WOMAN: There is no religion with all this oil for capitalism, no?
ME: That's really the truth; this is a 'New World' order for napkins/honey!
AFGHAN WOMAN: Maybe you remember me (for self).

"Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
