PSYCHIATRIST: I know I've the demeanor of a pensive isolated nerdist, but it's ok.

SHELBYE: I've been your patient after moving to the States, and you're nerdist!

PSYCHIATRIST: You say your boyfriend has turned to the dark side and needs you?

SHELBYE: How'd I reconcile my need to reach him with assurances I'm there?

PSYCHIATRIST: You're to feel good about being close to him and help him feel it!

SHELBYE: Sometimes feel like I'm making categories to make things easier.

PSYCHIATRIST: See if 'categories' facilitate talk for speed or function with him!

SHELBYE: Functional Selfie placements, spoken like a nerdist.

PSYCHIATRIST: That's what I am (Selfie-like!).

Amlan lived out of his New England alma mater campus social-house where he reached-out to his Boston-town patient, Shelbye, a mail-order-bride who moved here from the Ukraine during the Russian-invasion and gave her sound-advice for positioning how she should address her incomplete-feelings of how to make her psychotic boyfriend/fiancee feel more like she was Selfie-placed near him just for him while negotiating her own Selfie-placements for that American Dream!

SHELBYE: My boyfriend confided in me he downed his abusive dad in pool!

PSYCHIATRIST: That maybe is something he wants to tell you to see your reaction!

SHELBYE: Maybe I'm happy he feels competitive for personal achievements, doc.

PSYCHIATRIST: Ask your man if he thinks he wants you to feel that way for him.

SHELBYE: Psychiatry can feel like exorcism, doc (wow).

PSYCHIATRIST: Selfie-like (for the photo-life of others, Shelbye).

Amlan gifted his patient from Boston-town a very-special TV-culture American Dream 'invocative' college-athletics fanfare sportsmanship image card (Duke) and encouraged her (now!) to think-deeply if her troubled boyfriend, the psychotic she met online in the Ukraine in-time for escape for Heaven, would want to feel like hubby-wife would share the fanfare-magic of such a home-placed sports-trophy 'treasure' for the Ego...and for the superstitions of know (ok).
