Bad Girl: War Kind (Oscar, Part-1)

"

Amlan thinks his friendship with school-girl Shelbye concerning their Oscar-night co-nomination will 'ornament' their (shared?) views on war's ongoing (social) knowing.

"
Academy Awards night 3-part story, for your Autumn-'25 Thursday. Thanks so much for reading,

Amlan had been friends with his American film co-star (Shelbye) for some-time, since they were high-school students in the Homeland; and he was thrilled they were co-nominated for their work in their (shared) shocking film about a psychiatrically-tumultuous woman who wanted to raise Hell by having adulterous affairs, specifically with veterans of the Afghan War returned home. In the shocking film, Amlan portrayed a confidante-gent to the troubled/fiery woman portrayed by his friend Shelbye who sought (simply) to offer the troubled/fiery woman some chats-medicine of things of grounding sanity. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor; and Shelbye was nominated for Best Actress (Facebook-like!).

AMLAN: What if I win and you lose, Shelbye (irony)?
SHELBYE: My portrait-role is more complex, but your confidante was soft/effective.
AMLAN: The film-story is very important, for psychology...and culture!
SHELBYE: I know, and audiences/Americans need to acknowledge the 'value' of my character.
AMLAN: What if I win and you lose, Shelbye (irony)?
SHELBYE: Well, the script was great; your confidante-role offers meds for life's know.
AMLAN: Damn (Facebook-like).

FILM/STORY (Bad Girl) EXCERPTS:

TAJ (Amlan): Here's us at this Arizona-diner, over soup (again!).
DANICA (Shelbye): You wanted my psyche-IQ; I seek soldier-astral, fool.
TAJ: Danica angel, what you've become is an Earth-realm 'know' synthetic!
DANICA: Why this confidante-friend rage over a harlot, my friend Taj (eh)?
TAJ: I thought to think you my sister, of course.
DANICA: These vets I yank out of wedlock are my cabinet-toys, ok?
TAJ: What's your therapist (online) say/think, Danica?
DANICA: She claims I should've become an actress (for Selfie-care!).
TAJ: Maybe your (female) therapist knows something of the female-kiln.
DANICA: What's it to you, confidante-friend (eh)?
TAJ: I'd rather vision ya on Oscar-night getting nods for culture's kernel.
DANICA: You're such the Cupid, Taj man.
TAJ: Facebook-like (for war's kind).
DANICA: Sure (who doesn't like the Oscars?).
TAJ: Right (know-helmet).

Well, it was some-time away from Oscar-night, and Amlan continued to wonder if he'd win on the big-night for TV/arts culture in the American Homeland and his school-friend Shelbye would lose (damn). His Bad Girl character (Taj) hit right-notes of confidante-chats for negotiations of customs-knot; and he continued to foster an Earthling/American culture kiln 'feel' that audiences needed to acknowledge why Shelbye's Bad Girl film/story character (Danica) was the 'diplomat' of things of negotiated 'kinesthesia' for war/peace/life (ok). Amlan wondered how Oscar-night would enhance (or affect) his kitchen-friendship with his school-friend now.
