Venger, sorcerer of Venus, conferred with his horse/vizier friend (Nightmare) and had decided to become a disguised/transformed Earth-realm prince of the Western world (American Homeland) in a 21st-Century Selfie-networks time of things sports-rhetoric and globalism-exchange for street-motions securities 'field goals' for antiterrorism value(s). He became the Boston-town social media commentary-maker named Mr. Amlan Satan, Slovak-Algerian Catholic-American of New England. Felicia Hardy, a Boston-town cat-burglar, decided to transform herself into the costumed mischief-mayhem maker for anarchism in her Earth-realm Halloween season for things of police-work and bureaucracy vertigo. The two, man and woman, were about to debate for the 'cartoon' of Western/America know-for-thinking.

VENGER ('Mr. Amlan Satan'): Your claim you're plotting a cop-killer gossip?

FELICIA HARDY ('Black Cat'): I'm a lady of darkness, and you a prince of networks!
VENGER: That's why we debate here about your bureaucracy-cleats of Hell, ok.

FELICIA: The city-cop is a diplomat of things of street-energy; anarchism-worry.

VENGER: Your claim you 'mutated' from a cat-burglar into an anarchy-maker?

FELICIA: Hey, prince of networks...I just might plot a cop-killer gossip trend!

VENGER: I suppose if you're not joking, I'd make nets-comment for grid-helmets.

FELICIA: Helmets...for what?

VENGER: Social media citizenry face-IQ for things...ritual (no?).

FELICIA: Hmmm (maybe).

Of course, the Western world of Earth where Venger ('Mr. Amlan Satan') made study-comments on networks-shape and street-motions image for sports-rhetoric for antiterrorism/globalism value(s) for pro-capitalism investment eye/kinetics had seen much cop-universe frailty talk in the form of race-riots controls, station corruption inquiries, manpower/facilities support worry, and (general) bureaucratic buttresses know for Heaven/Hell. That's why Venger thought Felicia (the 'Black Cat') was quite sharp/shrewd with her apparent 'jokes' about cop-killer stories for bureaucracy-anarchy imagery art...and he wondered if she (actually!) was some kind of hellraiser (for doubt).

Venger decided he'd continue the nifty-neat pseudo-debate about the (general) bureaucracy-shapes of anarchy and order in the (shared) 21st-Century Western world (American Homeland) 'culture' of things securities, profit, networks, exchanges, sportsman-oriented, marketing, and folk-intelligence with Felicia Hardy (the 'Black Cat'). The Cat (Felicia) didn't seem too disoriented (by vertigo!) with image of frailty in mortal-thoughts that made cop-killer study a mod-Earth 'thing' of fitness-superstition, even in a customs time of Euro-invites to American-NFL teams for TV-globe 'knit' requiring (actual!) mind-space thesauruses. This had become a 'cool' debate between an alien-sorcerer and American urban 'knucklebones' thorn-bird (Selfie-like).
