The Jigsaw(s)-CardA Story by Abishai100A sports (American baseball) cards collector man is inquired by a Martian woman-in-disguise of her know of things Earthling-knit for superstitious dialysis.
A sports trading-cards culture portrait/fiction.
---- ==== DANICA: I'm from Mars. MR. AMLAN SATAN: You look like a fashion universe lady I know, like from cinema! DANICA: It's your Boston-town sports trading-card that intrigues me, good-man. MR. AMLAN SATAN: My Wade Boggs (Upper-Deck) baseball treasure-item, lady? DANICA: I'm not a human lady/woman...I'm a Martian, doing Earth-study, ok? MR. AMLAN SATAN: What do you want with me (Facebook-like). ![]() Mr. Amlan Satan, Slovak-Algerian Catholic-American sports fan and baseball-card collecting man, was (now!) visited by a Martian-woman who named herself Danica and resembled a fashion-universe lady he thought he noted on TV and/or in magazines (etc.). Apparently, she'd been fascinated by one particular baseball-card item he boasted and cheered, of a Boston-town star (Boggs) who made nifty/gorgeous Red-Sox stories for knit(s). ![]() DANICA: Why Boston Red Sox, prince? MR. AMLAN SATAN: Boston-town baseball marks my IQ for things worldly, Martian! DANICA: I'm drawn to your IQ for things of sports-culture markets/matrices (ok). MR. AMLAN SATAN: I do think my Boggs-trophy is something of a Boston-town art! DANICA: Sports speaks to a midways-knit for things...known (for fitness). ![]() Amlan didn't expose Danica's Martian-origin secret, but he did write the encounter-tale down in a time-capsule for burial in his New England backyard for future-world archaeologists to note of Earthling-things of social/media comment for superstition and/or knucklebones (for leviathan/uncertainty). Perhaps Satan's Boggs-trophy (actually) did make some language-helmet for Blue-Planet linguistics of things...entropy. He wondered if other cards-collectors and sports-collectibles fans were inquired (by Martians!) for their superstitions of languages (for doubt). ![]() "Doing well is the result of doing good.
