Dr. Octavius thought he had a brilliant-bright plan to make a kinetic prosthetics tentacles mechanical 'leviathan' (octopus-tendrils like) device body-attachment for paralyzed humans to facilitate grabbing/holding/throwing/lifting objects but was horrified when he made himself the volunteer-subject and witnessed his tentacles, fast attached to his human-body, becoming electrified for 'super'-power enhanced fierce (or lethal!) motion, making him a pure abomination of mad-science 'know' of things...Hell. Suddenly, the Western world (American Homeland) science firms that lauded his ambitious words/imagery of medical-breakthrough exiled him as a 'creature-being' of simplified chaos-football (wow).

Fortunately, there had risen to social/media and cyber-commentary light a 'fantastic' idealistic duo of Western world (American Homeland) good-sports fencing democracy-word crafters for (serious) anti-chaos 'know' for medicine for this darkness made by 'Doctor Octopus' (Dr. Octavius), Amlan and Marcus, a pair of Cali-state liquid-nitrogen gun inventor army-scientists, who vigilantly tracked/stalked the lethal super-villain on the Blue Planet to dilute and disorient the power-shape(s) the abominable mad-science man made for social media jellyfish (Facebook-like!).
