Batman & Robin: Clocks + Classless (Part 3)

Batman & Robin: Clocks + Classless (Part 3)

A Poem by Abishai100
"

Batman and Robin put-heads together to contend with the scrambling 'Clock King' who seeks bad calendar-jitters for Earth-death (fanfiction-trilogy).

"
Batman (DC Comics) fanfiction-trilogy for your Wednesday. Thanks so much for reading (stay safe/warm),

ROBIN (Mr. Marcus Raki): So, Batman...we've concluded an Empire Records threat.
BATMAN (Mr. Amlan Satan): Right, Robin...Clock King shall make terrorism there.
ROBIN: Right on April-1 or April-11...4/1 or 4/11, but which one, pal?
BATMAN: If it's a music-store with film-sarcasm reference, like you said...it's 4/1.
ROBIN: April Fool's Day (damn)...Facebook-like!

Batman (Amlan) and Robin (Marcus) made-way to intercept a terrorism-plot cast by the super-villain known as the Clock-King in their (shared) darkened Gotham (city) for things of heroics and masked-vigilantism helmets. Batman/Robin had established good streets-gossip visage for things of interception of varied problems of Earthling-city woe and sought to retire before engaging the evil Clock-King to stop him from making a September-11th terrorism paranoia street-mark 'link' to a sarcastic/nihilistic phone-call code and calendar-date connection (9-1-1 cop-emergency phone call code and 4-1-1 directory-assistance phone call code) for a September-April language of 'superstition' making game of urban-environment worry for everyday-life (damn).

CLOCK-KING: So, you heroes marked April-1st as my visit to Gotham's Empire.
BATMAN/ROBIN: We knew you'd show on April Fool's Day at Empire Records, pal.
CLOCK-KING: I was there, in-costume, to make nice humor to complement Hell!
BATMAN/ROBIN: We were there too, in costume/mask to stop you, ha.
CLOCK-KING: I 'politely' introduced you to the store-owner as my theater-pals.
BATMAN/ROBIN: Yes, and that gave us a discreet chance to 'politely' escort you.
CLOCK-KING: You 'kindly' escorted me out and facilitated my therapy-chat.
BATMAN/ROBIN: Since you hadn't (yet) done any wrong, we warranted self-exile.
CLOCK-KING: Now, I've promised you (both!) I'm self-exiling to Australia for meds.
BATMAN/ROBIN: And we're promising post-escort to the airport that we'll monitor.
CLOCK-KING: I shall send you email-reports of my psychiatric progress, fine.
BATMAN/ROBIN: Fall off-track, and we'll direct the authorities to ya, Clock-man.
CLOCK-KING: This was a rather 'polite' (if ironic) Earthling-'knit' for self-resolve!
BATMAN/ROBIN: Consider us facilitators of things...field goals (good heroics).
CLOCK-KING: Damn...what if you failed (Facebook-like)?

BATMAN (Mr. Amlan Satan): Job complete, resolutions found, peace achieved!
ROBIN (Mr. Marcus Raki): We fulfilled the duties of our (invisible) profile, Batman.
BATMAN: Time to retire (Facebook-like)?
ROBIN: Sure, Mr. Satan...to Brussels we fly for Belgian-waffles venture with funds.
BATMAN: Earned for good, and pre-flight we bid-bye to Gotham's police-chief.
ROBIN: I'd say our adventures in evil-engagement was for wrought field goals.
BATMAN: Excellence makes for stories, Robin (ha).

THE END
