BANK MANAGER: This guy was doing some street eco-art outside our bank.

DETECTIVE CHARLIE: Marched in seeking new diamonds account for company?
BANK MANAGER: Used an eco-prop water-gun (filled with restroom-made acid).

DETECTIVE CHARLIE: Covered the vault-room camera with bubble-wrap for song?

BANK MANAGER: Had the escorting guardsman (Leo) dance in front of camera.

DETECTIVE CHARLIE: Burned the Ion-co. box and swapped gems with glass-toys.

BANK MANAGER: Left insurance note next to his 'new'-account box for insurance!

DETECTIVE CHARLIE: "Ion's insured-gems are insider prepaid eco-art for story."

BANK MANAGER: Facebook-like...we wish to stay-clean of Chicago gems-gossip.

DETECTIVE CHARLIE: Must be fan of Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio), ha.

BANK MANAGER: Selfie-like.

Mr. Amlan Satan (aka, 'Shadow') had made splash in two cities of the American Homeland (Boston-town and the Windy-City of Chicago) as an eco-insider street-arts man doubling as a costumed freakish gems-thief working against the corrupted Ion-co. of North America exploiting conflict-zone gems extractions from Africa tied to new-century Earth 'rogue' finance pockets (wow). Shadow considered himself a Robin Hood of North America...but policewoman Charlie begged to differ (for doubt/uncertainty).

CHARLIE: I can get this vigilante, Chief.
POLICE-CHIEF: Windy City has wind for this 'artist' (for doubt/uncertainty), lady.

CHARLIE: I want this case, Chief...and I'm guessing this 'shadow' goes Belgian.

POLICE-CHIEF: Antwerp is a diamonds-town, Charlie.

CHARLIE: Maybe he'll manage an organic-foods waffle-venture there.

POLICE-CHIEF: Duke-of-Zero, eh?

CHARLIE: Facebook-like (for Heaven/Hell).

Did Shadow make it to Belgium to manage a waffle-dive? That he did, but it wasn't in Antwerp but in Brussels; and Charlie missed the heat on his track (damn). Incidentally, Amlan happened to be a fan of the film/story Charlie chatted about in the Windy-City bank concerning rumored/insured 'blood-diamonds' from African shores (wow). Was this a line for things...human? What do you think (for doubt)?
