Paper-and-Gerund: Vigilante Think-Jeep (Part 2)

Idealist vigilantes (Paper/Gerund) seek road-miracles of gossip against the underworld-nemesis ('Hook') in Sunday-night vehicle races for knits-fiction (3-part story).

Continuing a theme I introduced in a write I made yesterday, about two vigilante-characters I invented (Paper/Gerund) for explorations of city-shapes and mobilization of risk-shadows.

PAPER (Marcus): The cyber-gossip flies about our road-contest with evil Hook.

GERUND (Amlan): We'd cast some pretty-nifty challenges to Hook's empire.
PAPER: The talk online is that 'Paper-and-Gerund hyperbole' spell anti-evil IQ.

GERUND: Our night-races with Hook's vans Sundays is good read for city-control.

PAPER: Not too much cool-talk about vigilantes this new time of Earth-crimes.

GERUND: We've offered a cool-splash as masked vigilantes in Hook's dominion.

PAPER: Well, let's see how our jeep-and-van Sunday road-contest plays out, pal.

GERUND: Facebook-like (for Blue Planet field goals).

Paper (Marcus) and Gerund (Amlan) continued to make good-grounding against the black market gems empire of sinister Hook in the American Homeland city of exchanges/challenges (ok). Paper/Gerund had made good-successes in their vigilante-campaign to dent Hook's visage of underworld-prestige before choreographing a cyber-gossip fueling Sunday-nights road-races contest with Hook's corrupt extortion/vandalism vans to pair with Sunday-night NFL TV comforts/pillows (for general Earthling chatter/photo-prayers).

HOOK: What's the running score-chart and doctor's bill, friend?
EMPLOYEE: Paper and Gerund man their singular-van of 'miracles' quite-well, sir.

HOOK: Damn...here I thought our city-gems empire was purely invincible, ok.

EMPLOYEE: Well, these Sunday-NFL day/night chatter-talk of road-race is news!

HOOK: It's generated new-century (American) gossip about heroes/villains, ha.

EMPLOYEE: "On any given Sunday, find Paper/Gerund racing against the Hook."

HOOK: Well, as long as our late-night Sunday traffic-light speed-games are myth.

EMPLOYEE: Sir Hook, so far...our jeep-and-van contests make no news-noise.

HOOK: Facebook-like (for toys).

The cops of the city didn't 'interfere' with these now-ritualized (pseudo-socialized) Sunday-NFL day/night road-contest 'events' between Hook's vans and the singular miracle-jeep manned by heroes (vigilantes) Paper-and-Gerund. That's because no one really took note of anything bizarre/deformed, since the vehicles were speeding while circus-music played on Sunday-NFL TV day in Hook's vans...just to 'veil' (all) the vanity (with festive sports-TV fanfare-visage and music-normalness) for doubt. 'Sir Hook' wondered if his ongoing city-grips 'magic' with Paper/Gerund spelled a social/media record for Blue Planet things quiet-mythology (for all!).

POLICEMAN: Folks online chat, "Circus-music heard while a jeep/vans play."

JOURNALIST: No crashes or injuries or weapons reported, sir.

POLICEMAN: Well, all the 'game' features is simple street-chatter about prestige.

JOURNALIST: Never undervalue the court of public opinion, right?

POLICEMAN: Facebook-like (for the NFL).
