Shine

Wandering into darkness searching for a path,

Wondering which way to go, moonlight's all I have,

Thinking I was lost while the answer stared at me,

The moon was lighting my path, I just didn't see.

 

So it seems I'd already been well on my way,

Now I head full steam to my destiny today

the path glowing bright like the fire in my eyes,

Darkness fades away now that I finally realized.

Very nice. Each line could be broken into two lines so the rhyming emerges strong... but great job. "Darkness fades away. I realize the shine." Could bring back the title to the end to emphasize.
