work spans continents and disciplines, combining technology, governance, and
social research in ways that impact both academic theory and practical
applications. Born on August 7, 1981, in Nedumkandam, Kerala, India, he grew up
in a region that offered him diverse educational experiences. From St. Mary’s
LP School in Chembalam to Government LP School in Santhanpara, St. Maria
Goretti UP School in Murikumthotti, and St. Sebastian’s High School in
Nedumkandam, his early education laid the foundation for a life of inquiry. He
later attended the Government Vocational Higher Secondary School in
Nedumkandam, completing vocational training in electrical studies, computer
networking, and hardware under the Modular Employable Skills programs of the
Government of India. These experiences instilled in him a practical
understanding of technology alongside academic learning, which would shape his
interdisciplinary career. He pursued higher education across
South India, establishing a breadth of knowledge in both technical and social
sciences. Dr. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics with Computer
Hardware from NSS College Rajakumari under Mahatma Gandhi University in
Kottayam. He then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at MA College
Ramapuram, later transferring to St. Antony’s College Kanjirapally under
Bharathiar University in Coimbatore. Recognizing the importance of connecting
technology to broader societal structures, he continued with an MTech in
Information Technology at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in Tirunelveli, an
MPhil in Political Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, an MA in Public
Administration from the University of Madras in Chennai, and a Master of Social
Work in Community Development from Annamalai University. This academic
diversity allowed him to integrate technical expertise with insights into
public administration, social policy, and community development. Dr. Joseph extended his research
pursuits to Europe, earning two doctoral degrees. His first doctorate in
Information and Communication Technologies was awarded by the University of the
Balearic Islands in Palma under Professor Carlos Juiz Garcia. During this
program, he collaborated with the Department of Computer Architecture and Engineering
and joined a research group dedicated to developing systems for research
management and innovation. He earned a second PhD in Migration Studies from the
University of Granada, working under Professor Francisco Javier Garcia Castano
at the Institute of Migration Studies. Through this program, he examined social
integration, human mobility, and the policy frameworks that influence
migration. Together, these two doctorates highlight his unique ability to
explore how technological systems intersect with social structures, governance,
and human behavior. His professional career spans
multiple countries and sectors. In India, he gained experience with ICICI Bank
in Kerala, NIMS University in Rajasthan, Digital Web and Magnus Info in Delhi,
Cloudnet Technologies in Kochi, and Manvish Info Solutions in Alwaye. His
international experience includes roles with NGI and Alwaqt Tech Cont LLC in
Sharjah, Smart Square Tech in Dubai, Continental Systems USA Inc in Miami, and
Airli Pty Ltd and Orbit Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney. These positions exposed
him to a variety of organizational structures, information technology
environments, and management practices, allowing him to apply academic theory
to practical challenges. Currently, Dr. Joseph continues his
research at the University of the Balearic Islands under Professor Carlos Juiz
Garcia, focusing on management programs for research, innovation, and knowledge
transfer. He examines the structures that support information technology
governance, the implementation of digital systems in public institutions, and
the ways in which technology can foster social inclusion and policy
effectiveness. His work bridges technical systems and societal needs,
demonstrating how innovation can be aligned with ethical and administrative
frameworks. Dr. Joseph has been an active

the breadth of his research interests. He has authored books on IT governance,
migration studies, and human rights. His works include IT Governance in an
Insight of Various Management Perspectives, The Brutal Armenian Genocide
Committed by the Ottoman Empire, and Christian Persecution Worldwide. His

risk management, and e-government systems to migration patterns, social
integration, international remittances, and socio-economic trends. This
combination of topics reflects his commitment to linking innovation,
governance, and human development. Dr. Joseph has actively
participated in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and
seminars. These include programs under the EU CHARLIE project at the University
of the Balearic Islands, doctoral student congresses in Spain, migration
discourse seminars, and workshops on data analysis and research methodologies.
His active engagement in these events shows his dedication to knowledge sharing
and academic collaboration. His personal life remains closely
connected to his family. He is the youngest son of Joseph and Rosamma Joseph
Kumbalamthanam, with two elder brothers, Jose Joseph and Robin Joseph. He is
