The Seeking of Truth

Seeker:
On the peak of mountain... ascending to zenith.
In the depth of ocean... plunging into nadir.
At the edge of world... traversing miles.
Truth, truth, no where to be found!

Epiphany:
But why search so far, instead inside peek,
There you'll find what you so desperately seek.

It is Raw and Short for that is how I prefer to keep it. :-)

Great poem, I would change the last word of the penultimate couplet, sneak to peek though. It would offer the reader more sound advice than to go "sneaking" which gives the impression of doing something underhanded ;)

I lobed these two lines. Especially the words 'Zenith' and 'Nadir'. Has been a while since I have seen them. :)

I kinda liked the alliteration too (instead, inside). Though you prefer to keep it short, I wish for more.. :) Anyways, a nice dinner for my thoughts, lol.
