Drifting in this limbo

Is this what I need?

Dreaming of when I'll grow

Is it safe to finally break free?

Drowning when I say no

 

All in a shifting gear, all that's gone away

I'm being broken and dismantled

All in a crazy fear, all that's gone away

I've sunk deep down losing my battle

 

Looking at the photos and memories of when I thought the sky was so clear

Slowly killing who is me and what is so near

I look away and the images burn in under my eyes

I can't forget this is what made me not want to die

Following a format - you managed it well. BUT, did YOU say what you wanted/needed to express OR was it just the "format" being followed?

This isn't a put-down or a slap. Is an honest question asked by a person that HAS followed all the previous "formats" (even challenges) until I realized I wasn't expressing my thoughts by following another's "game".
