Nature's RageA Poem by AetherealNature's rage during a Summer rain storm.Nature’s Rage
From my porch, I hear their small tapping liquid feet. Pitter patter, raindrops fall fast and bittersweet.
Traffic screech’s to a crawl on my flooded street as a somber murky pall merges with concrete.
Nature’s raging protocol lifts the Summer’s heat from embroiled urban sprawl pounding it with sleet.
On this day, I watch them all drowning in conceit sinking under waves of gall suffering defeat. © 2014 AetherealReviews
