The Genesis

A short piece on my journey to writing.

I have always wanted to write, I mean I view writing as an exquisite luxury I would like to afford, not taking "afford" in a literal way, writing is actually a luxury which does not cost a single penny. We as humans always want what is best for ourselves, but where the question arises is if one can avail the means to get what is "best"?, I will not for the time being see myself to be a very good writer because this piece you are actually reading now is the first step I have taken on my journey of the "luxurious" life of writing. My fears in this first piece is actually heightened to it's peak, with factors being "if I am actually boring my reader".

Am I boring you?, well if you have actually made it this far still reading, a smile has just disrupted the nervous composure of my face where ever I might be at that moment.

With no particular category to relate this piece to, I would warmly like to welcome every reader and writer to my journey of writing, maybe I might just as well have a best seller along the journey, but hey do not shoot me down , everybody is entitled to dream big right?

Welcome to the world of being a writer! I'm new to posting myself.

You start out with an interesting argument about writing being a luxury. It would be great to see you expand on this thought. Maybe make a few additional pieces arguing for and against your thesis. I would be interested in reading about it.

I would spend more time editing, as there were a few punctuation errors that could easily be cleaned up. The structure was a little cramped, though not terrible. I would make a new paragraph for every new thought process to keep the information neat.

Just a few thoughts. I look forward to reading more from you!
