My Body

My body is sacred

My body is mine

My body is crafted

By God on high

My body is holy

A temple adorned for the soul

Your body is blessed

Truly divine

And yet we disregard our bodies

And do not see their worth

When everyone's body

Is a beautiful peice of art

How much goes into making us move

Making us breathe

Making us smile

Making our hearts beat

And our feet run

We should see our bodies as the beatiful creation

That God sees when God looks at us

When God smiles and says," It is good."

We should know, that God sees the good in everyone
