Ally

Sometimes it helps to have an ally
Someone who has got your back
Even during the darkest of days
Helping you see yourself
Even if you don't really want to see
To help us laugh
And to help steer us back
When we are getting off track
Sometimes we could all use an ally in our lives
But sometimes it's nice to be an ally to someone as well.
