Even now, though you're not beside me

I still feel the same pain as when I wanted you to leave

Even now that you're gone from my life

I still feel so worn out, I feel like I'd die

You leaving, I thought, would give me what I wanted

So I let you go and shut you out without any thought

Even now, when you're gone from my life

I still feel a sickening pain inside

I wasn't satisfied with the love that we had

I was tired of having mixed feels, being angry and mad

I can't stand the feeling, like my emotions are being ripped apart

But now that you're gone from me, what's the use of having a heart?
