What is a day without

Without light and darkness

What is a star without shine

What is a lost without pain

What is a heart without love

What is a dream without hope

What is a future without tomorrow

What you find is a lonely girl and her depression

Depression is a horrible thing to have to live with being it robs so much of your life. This is deep and emotional and describes the effects well.

Nicely put. Not that I am saying this is wrong as I am sure there was a point to it. I am wondering why you put the first two lines as
'What is a day without
Without light and darkness'
instead of
'What is a day without light and darkness'

Poignant and well measured. Simply stated but asks ourselves to take a good hard at things including ourselves. Though there is an underlying darkness I think it opens the door to a little hope. Nicely done welcome to the cafe. Starz

Very nice. I'd love to see more poems like this, I read so much about romance and life. I do sadly prefer the more darker side of things. Maybe because that's mostly how I write and vent. Thank you for sharing this. Pen on!
