As I read your lines of all the things that you wish for a child's happiness, I was reminded of so many children who suffer neglect and cruelty at the hands of their parents and carers. Children are precious and they are the future and they deserve to be nurtured with love and compassion. You have certainly given some consideration here of how to ensure a child is well cared for.
