Be still

And wait

For the sun to rise

Be still

And wait

For the summer to arrive

So you can put your winter clothes and booths away

Be still

And wait

For the time that you will feel at peace

Be still

And wait

For somebody to play his guitar for you

Be still

And wait

For someone to love you

Be still - yes, there are times when we need to stop in our tracks and observe life. Sunrise and sunset are great times to do this. To take in the natural environment and give thanks for it. A sunset listening to the strumming of a guitar sounds delightfully romantic to me. Thank you Aldo for sharing your poetry.
