yeah I would be sorry

as sorry as ever I would be

I'd lose the one person who knows the real me

I'd be lonelier then a Corsican tree

Alone in a forest of haters my family

yeah I'd be sorry

so sorry that I would want to go to

maybe swim the river in a flood to spew

and spit me out underneath a rapid

I'd feel real distraught and nothing vapid

boy would I be sorry if you died today

there would be no way that I could call you to say

I should have got on my knees to pray

cause I tried to extort you of royalties for "fifty shades of grey"

yeah I'd be sorry you up and died today

I would watch the rain falling upon my face

and feel the pain of emptiness and feel my disgrace

yeah I'd be sorry if you died today

so I say to you please get down and pray
